Maria at the Greenway location is a great example of how disgusted I am of trying to pay off my cousins title loan as a gift to him. Just because your day isnt great, dont take it out on your customers. She needs not to be in the customer service window!! The GM of Cashtime needs to look over and re-evaluate the employees and their real attitudes, and get rid of the bad seeds! And just in case the GM does see this, I own my own marketing company and their gonna get plenty if marketing. It will be all negative and cashtime may become bankrupt here soon!

Over the past few years I've gotten to know Shana and her team. By them always caring and answering questions or any concerns I have. in the last few months, I wound up in and out of the hospital with some major symptoms. I thought I may want to take a look at my budget and was inquiring about terminating my contract with the CreditShrink. Shana answered personally asking if I was OK and if I was still in the hospital and if there's anything she could do she would do that. I thought to myself that's a personal touch that you just don't experience anymore from a company. Not only that, but she took the time to give me a snapshot of my credit and how all three bureaus have improved. She has been able to remove hundreds of negative items thousands of dollars in balances and changing my score in the opposite direction of moving up rather than going down. When I returned home from church earlier today, there was a delivery box from Amazon. I brought it in and opened it up and it was a loving care package (new to me) so I opened it up and there was a note in it read: DearBrendan the CreditShrink family cares about your well-being. We pray to God for your healing and that a miracle will wrap you up and comfort and relieve you of all your suffering. You deserve the best. With love, Shana and CreditShrink fam: Alfie, JASON, and Rusly, signed - Shana. I open the box inside was grandma's homemade chicken soup with servings for a family. Grandma's famous rolls, and cookies. it even came with a silver ladle and a little gold bell to ring. I thought that was it, and then there was another level, which had a rabbit fur chamomile. Shana and CreditShrink not only care but they show and take action on a personal level for their clients. I am fortunate enough to be one of them. Brendan Laughlin.
