I already had a loan with them and was expecting to be turned down, I told him I wanted to combine the two loans, close my Speedy Cash loan off plus get a good interest rate. The only reason it took 48 hours they are Switching to a New Accounting System. I am not about to get technical ! The loan is what they call "A Title Loan." They hold a lien against my Title. Here is what matters; they did a comprehensive Background Check. My License was necessary ; they checked to see if I had DUI, Over Due Parking Tickets, my past "Driving Record." I checked all the Boxes. Analee was Brilliant, the transaction was seamless because there was nothing in my past or present to hold my loan up. I walked in Yesterday afternoon and after 10 minutes after signing 10 pages I was given my loan which was posted to my Checking Account. On the Second Wednesday of each month I will have xxx.x x deducted from my bank account Before I can to the store . I had spoken to Salina From their location on McDowell Road . Every person was not only Professional they we're Super kind and willing to go the Extra Mile. My rating for this business on a scale of 1-10 Is a SOLID 15! It was more or less an easy process though as all we had to do was visit this location with the guy from Craigslist and then pay off his loan for him to finish paying him off his truck. Title loans company released the title to us electronically from the MVD. All we had to do was walk in there with the check for them to take care of the title and release it electronically for us. Unfortunately, my experience with Desert Financial above the branch level was completely different. Everyone I dealt with beyond the branch treated me in a dismissive and condescending way, as though I was not capable of making my own financial decisions. I was attempting to complete a documented business transaction, but Desert Financial created a narrative that I might be the victim of a romance scam and used that as the basis to interfere with the transaction. That explanation was inaccurate, insulting, and deeply frustrating. The transaction involved a real business, formal documentation, and available verification, but instead of handling it through a serious diligence process, Desert Financial treated me like a child. To be clear, this review is not a criticism of Sarai. She was excellent. If the rest of Desert Financial had handled the situation with the professionalism and respect she showed, I would have been happy to remain a customer.
