Had to follow up through loan officer multiple times to get any answer. No apology from Equitable/Alexandra. Instead, They also tried to blame the loan officer for the wrong email, but I've worked with the loan company for many years and they had my email right. The loan company also send multiple emails with me CC'd on it (with my correct email) and those were ignored by Alex and Equitable. I run a small business so I understand how mistakes can happen - but blaming everyone else when it was your fault is unacceptable. Also, the fees were a lot higher than previous title company's.
