This is my first experience with getting a title loan. I made an appointment and was given a list…read moreof things that I needed to have with me in order to get approval and a cashiers check. I had pre-filled the paperwork out before my appointment so I was ready to hand everything over when I arrived. I went to the Scottsdale location and was greeted by Sacha. I was under the impression that the time to go through their process would not take more than 1 hour. I arrived around 1:45 pm. After everything was said and done I did not leave their office until 4:20. It was irritating to me that they did not tell me a couple of things about their process that was very time consuming and made me late for another appointment that afternoon. 1. Their website says "It only take 30 minutes or less" 2. "You sign the paperwork we give you the money" It's a lot more involved than that. 3. I had to leave their office with paperwork to take to the DMV so the DMV could be listed on my title. Then I had to bring the paperwork back to them before they would give me my loan check. 4. No Insurance required. This is a false statement and should not be up on their website. When I first arrived Sacha was not very engaging nor could she answer some of my questions. At the end she did warm up some and engaged more in casual conversation.

I've always had good experiences here, specifically with changing my atm pin and withdrawing money. I like that you can get small bills versus $20+ from an atm. Instead, They also tried to blame the loan officer for the wrong email, but I've worked with the loan company for many years and they had my email right. The loan company also send multiple emails with me CC'd on it (with my correct email) and those were ignored by Alex and Equitable. I run a small business so I understand how mistakes can happen - but blaming everyone else when it was your fault is unacceptable. Also, the fees were a lot higher than previous title company's.
