We have had our roof loan through GoodLeap for a couple years now and until May, everything was…read morefine. We have AutoPay setup because they offer a discount, but we had been paying the loan earlier (for 6 months) without AutoPay kicking in. We made a payment in May that cleared well before the AutoPay date and AutoPay still triggered. We called GoodLeap and asked that they reverse the payment but they seemed really against it... they wanted to put the payment towards June's instead, but we explained the extra payment was unexpected and we couldn't afford the money to be missing from our account for that long. They said they would refund it but it would take about 14 business days to go through. That was around May 15th. Around May 29th, I am stressed because the mortgage is about to take out and there's a lack of funds, so I called GoodLeap to check the status of the refund and they said it was processed on the 26th. I felt relief but took out a personal loan to ensure the bills would be paid on time. Yesterday, June 9th, I called GoodLeap again because the refund still hasn't hit our account and their reply was it would take 10-14 days after the 26th. We also have not been able to access our account online ever since this happened -- we have no way of seeing our statements or anything.
