Have been in a crunch more than once over last few years each time have gone to see Sophia & gals at 91st Ave and Thomas Rd. Each & every time, regardless new employee or not, we've been warmly welcomed, financial situation attended to promptly with professionalism and yes, even with sense of humor. Have to laugh sometimes even when ya rather cry. When we've payment issues, needing to make payment arrangements or other accounting questions, etc i know not to call the loan office but the peeps at corporate (they are closed on holidays but I suppose a day well earned off haha I tried today darn it haha). At anytime I know I can pick up phone to call Mr. Rosales (aka JR), I absolutely love him as our rep in Corp! He has ALWAYS be so pleasant no nasty collector attitude and worked with us as he's allowed. He eased our concerns more than once re repossessed vehicle is not a concern (at that time) but also straight up forward with no troubles saying 'HEY we need payment today', but even than he's not degrading. When my husband was shot (2016) I was able to have direct contact with Mr. Goodman (owner) who unlike most other title lenders-any lender really, was caring & understanding knowing my husband is sole income earner in our home. Mr. Goodman went above and beyond what any would've for his customer, to say it's appreciate and goes a long way is an understatement. We believe HONESTY goes a very long way on both ends therefore, be honest & you have no worries if you're truthful re your payment late they can tell folks so honesty is always best & also do NOT avoid their calls!!!! They know when you're avoiding them! ZERO 00000 STARS. Although the loan process is average. It took them over 2 months to release my title to MVD. After numerous calls to ask where my title was. Was told the same thing over and over. It's been released and should be mailed in 7-10 business days. Sounds like they have lazy reps who don't care about customer service or satisfaction. Spend your money elsewhere. Also they didn't say hello, they just said how can I help you.. When you go get a loan from presto, they staff act very nice and friendly. After that, they are very hostile and unfriendly especially if you miss a payment. If you are calling to make any arrangement, they cut you off and hang up on you especially the one on 9140 west Thomas road. You want to try a different office if you want good services. read more
