I did make a reservation and they had me in, in 3 minutes flat. Without was about 15 minutes. On my lat visit, I had to renew my license. I called and asked what I needed to bring, and was told "Nothing but the Drivers License." I arrived and was told that I needed proof of residency an my passport or birth certificate. Maybe this was for the Real ID requirements. I went home, came back and waited, this time without a reservation. Still it wasn't too bad. In the end, they have always gotten the job done quickly. It sure beats the alternative!

One call, easy clear directions on how to process and an invite to come in got the process going. Then a simple trip, a 2 minute wait and AJ went to work. I was on the road in no time.
