And, unlike a sight built home, a Mfg Home is sold like a car. However, as someone who has dealt with both the MVD, and numerous 3rd Party Offices, these 3rd Parties are much faster than the MVD. And, in some cases, much closer. So, usually well worth the extra dollars for the speed, and convenience. The place is on the small side. But, is very clean. They only have 2 Windows. But, when I was there (both times), only 1 Window was open. Luckily, they weren't crowded. So, the wait time was like 10 minutes. A must use facility for most MVD transactions for people in a hurry.

Avoid at all costs. They don't seem to understand simple tasks…read more They sent me to the MVD because my license was missing a hyphen (which Arizona used to not include on licenses). They said it would be "impossible" for me to register my car because I wrote my first name properly hyphenated on the title. Drove the extra 15 minutes to the actual AzMVD in Avondale and they said it was a NON ISSUE.. The AzMVD rep mentioned Ayala by name and said they are "uncooperative and incompetent". The business is empty everyday with no wait for a reason. Just go the MVD on Van Buren and Eliso instead and keep your peace.
