First off when you walk in the door it's a…read morenice "homey" feel, comfortable chairs, awesome wall decor, and no glass partitions separating the employees from the customers (like so many of these places have, which makes it feel just like you're at a smaller version of a DMV). The staff is awesome, very knowledgeable, and oh so courteous. I've used them on multiple occasions, but this last time they were extremely helpful with my girlfriends 2007 Pontiac Vibe's registration. They went above and beyond as far as helping me get it done. There are many chairs to sit in while waiting. The sign in process was easy to follow & it was only minutes until a kind professional was able to greet me & start the process. It was a weekday afternoon and it was fairly busy, but efficient. I took a number for each of the things I needed and waited for my number to be called. I had to go to several different windows, meet with multiple people, show some paperwork, pay, get a photo taken, get another photo taken, etc... This stuff wasn't fun, but it wasn't horrible either. I did feel a bit like I was in squid games waiting for my number to be called and then not knowing how many more times I would have to wait to go to another window, etc... In the end it all worked out and I now have a real ID and a new registration. You will pay a bit of a surcharge by going her vs the DMV, but I have a feeling it saved me a good amount of time as well. I wish you luck getting your stuff done if you end up here as well!
