Terrible service, they will send you on a whole goose chase for papers you don't need. I had to google fact check them multiple times because they don't know what they are talking about. This morning I went to Arizona Auto License Services to turn in my old faded license plate to get a replacement. The facility is spacious, clean and cool. There are many chairs to sit in while waiting. The sign in process was easy to follow & it was only minutes until a kind professional was able to greet me & start the process. She checked the registration & my drivers license, printed up a temporary license & registration, charged me $27.30 and I was out the door. What a relief to get this done & with such great staff. Frustration, these people do not know what they're doing. They're incompetent. My son and I went in there three times to get just a duplicate drivers license for he lost his original. We paid the $40. We waited a month or longer and it didn't show up and then we went in again and they said well let's try it again ao they waived the fee. We took another picture and we double check to make sure everything was in the computer correctly the address and everything again ,,, we waited another month and STILL never showed and now we are giving up on this place AS WE SEE THEY ARE ABOUT WORTHLESS. . Save yourself a lot of time and frustration for these people SERIOUSLY DO NOT know what they're doing and they don't do their job. DONT SAY you haven't been warned about this here place. read more

3rd party service provider. Very less queue. Helpful staff. $10 MVD license renewal is $40 here. You pay 4 times but you save time. Visit only if you can't make to MVD's on weekdays or when time is more important than money to you. Had to go here for my wife because of both above reason. read more

This place is wonderful, i had to go here to receive an az license and everyone was very helpful and kind. they made sure i had all of the correct paper work and were very helpful with questions and figuring things out. The man i worked with, Shannon, was just absolutely incredible. he made sure i understood everything (even if he had to explain it twice cause me‍) and even went out to his way to ensure I had a quick fix to an issue that we just found that day. They never answer their phone and I called when I was in the location. Employees just screwing around and ignoring the phone I had to walk up to the counter and tell them, "hey I'm calling you from right here, and it's ringing and not one of you is doing anything to not pick up the phone. Just recently sold by fathers car, This location is located on the corner of 19th Ave, and Bell Rd. It's inside the Cash and More location. The lady, wished I could remember her name was very helpful. We started off wrong, had some attitude issues. But after a while, things go a lot better. I would have rather gone to the MVD, but this was faster. I guess if you don't mind paying extra for the service. On a couple of occasion, her stupidvisiors had to get involved and caused problems that should have never happened. They should just back off and let her work! I came here, because it was near by, and it would have been quick. Probably will never need their service again. But glad they were there when I needed them. read more

April and Mark were the utmost helpful and friendly. We just got a new car in CA yesterday that needed to be registered in AZ and they helped us w the entire process. They were patient and just made the process very easy and painless It was much faster than a dmv office and overall great experience. read more

On the phone for 2 hours... then someone picks up the phone still sees if I'm waiting bc it's been so long. Then they put me back on hold once they know I'm there without saying a word. Lmfao I wish I could give this place 0 stars. First off, licensing and registering a vehicle shouldn't come with "convenience fees" because there's nothing convenient about it. The ladies behind the counter show up to work mad, like they're surprised their job sucks. [It's the GD DMV.] They're short with customers and do as little as possible. I have to tell you that your store on 19th Ave and Bell road is THE BEST PLACE IN PHOENIX to have Auto License Service. You have the best trained and knowledgeable staff and they make it so easy to do business there. I 've been going there for as long as it's been open and every time I go in I know I'll get the same exemplary service. Many thanks to those as well that did their training. Whenever I sell a vehicle I refer the buyer to the 19th Avenue and Bell Rd store and in some instances I've actually taken the buyer into the store to make sure they are happy as well. 5 STARS are the highest level her but I would easily give you a 10!! read more
