Although it is pleasant in there their pricing is very misleading. I had 2 expedited options. One that said USPS certified mail and the other overnight. Apparently their view of overnight is very different than mine. When I think overnight I think 1 night. What they do not disclose is that they use USPS priority mail express - which they say is a between 1-3 day delivery. They don't even have USPS in the description. They do say USPS in the other 2 options but no mention of USPS in the 'overnight' option. My application left Thursday with a before 6pm Saturday as my 'overnight' delivery. read more

Staff has helped with DL and Passport renewal and application for a TSA Precheck code. I'll be going to the office soon for assistance with a Disability Parking Placard. Outstanding service here! My wife and I moved from out of state and needed to get our first AZ driver's license, with the Travel ID endorsement. I also needed to get my car registered in AZ, a personalized specialty plate, and get an AZ title. Their process was amazingly fast and the staff were very helpful. When we first came in Natalie got us initially set up and took our photos. She gave us a number for service and a form to fill out. We had been seated less than a minute before we were called and Jose took care of the rest of our processing. He finished filling out the form for us and was very professional. He verified all our information before it was submitted. Both Jose and Natalie were very pleasant and helpful. We were out of their office in about half an hour. Yes, you pay a bit more for this third-party service, but it was well worth it. These guys should be giving lessons to the Motor Vehicle Division on efficiency and courtesy. We highly recommend this company. Do yourself a favor, though. Read through their web-site the day before and make sure you bring all the documents they will require. Quickstop lives up to. No appointments nesesary. I walked in, and only one person was ahead of me to check in. We recently moved to Arizona, and I needed to get my drivers license transfered. The first part of the process was done at check in. I was called for the second part before I could even sit down to fill out the paperwork that had been handed to me. If transferring/ obtaining a new ID/ driver's license make sure to have the required paperwork. That includes a certified birth certificate, certified proof of any name changes, and two forms of proof of residence. Proof of residence includes utility bills with your name and property address on them. Emails will only be allowed if the bill is a PDF. Billing information in the body of the email will not be allowed. If you only have one bill they will allow you to fill out an affidavit stating that is your addredd, but you must have at least one bill other form of proof. Please call or check their website for additional forms or proof that will be accepted. The only wait was while the information was inputted into the system. While waiting there was a tv with animals on. Cell phone use is prohibited inside. License will be mailed to me in a couple of weeks. Other services are also available. Renewals of passports will only be done if the passport expired less than five years ago. Renewal and transferring of vehicle tags may be done here. That includes watercraft. I came here recently to get a TSA precheck for traveling. This place has a lot more services than what I did. It was so easy and fast. I love going to third party government places because of this. You usually pay a tiny bit more, but it is worth it in my opinion. This was the nearest location to me who did the TSA precheck too. It's easy to sign up online and super quick when you get there. I didn't have a wait and it was a easy process once I was in the office. Then I received my TSA pre check code a couple days after my appointment. I've been here for a couple services. My TSA precheck appointment ran smoothly and quickly. The lady wasn't that pleasant to work with but that's fine. I called a week in advance to make sure I knew what I needed to do for my 16 year old to take his driving test. Arrived the day I said I was only to be told they weren't doing the driving test due to short staffing and I should call in the morning to ensure they are doing them. That was not something I was told the week before when I called. The next business day called in the morning to see if they were doing the driving test to be told no because someone was parked out there. It's frustrating to be told they do these services to only find out in fact they only sometimes do and then having to look for another place to do them. We ended up finding another place further from our house but had no issues getting the road test done. read more

We have visited Quick Stop multiple times in the last few months for different reasons. The first was to register our sxs, I was in and out in 10 mins!!! Unheard of! I went in again as I didn't receive our OHV sticker and they very quickly looked it up and showed it was mailed, didn't question and ordered a replacement for us! Went into apply for TSA Precheck. I was denied because my license has SR on it and my 55 year old birth certificate does not. A clerical issue at best, but I was denied and told to go the MVD and just have them take the SR off of the license. So I have to run around, pay MORE out of pocket and convince the MVD to remove SR from my license...over a clerical issue? F*ck this government. I'd gone to a different 3rd party service provider in Glendale before and the whole process took so long and was such a headache. I braced myself for another similar situation but was pleasantly surprised here. Plenty of Parking available, friendly staff, and I waited maybe a total of 30 seconds before my name was called. Even if I'd had to wait a little longer though, I wouldn't have minded as they have a nice big spacious waiting room with a big screen TV. And even better, they do just about everything here. I was running a few minutes late due to a train being stopped, and she had the audacity to comment with "being late will never fly with an employer." She has no idea who I am and what kind of work I do. She proceeded to treat me with disrespect and had a very unprofessional attitude. This place is amazing. The staff is super nice! I came here for my TSA pass thing, and had an appointment with Candice. She was cheerful, genuinely kind, and efficient. This was such a pleasant experience and infinitely more convenient than going to the airport. They do DMV or AZ calls it MDV stuff too. I've been wanting to convert a van (I don't even have one yet!), and Lucas looked up for me to know what I need to install in the van to convert it to a recreational vehicle for insurance purposes. Huge Shout out to quickstop title and Registration Walked in last Friday to get the level one inspection on my 1951 chevy 3100 since when I bought it had no title and the kid I got it from had no idea who the owner was so I needed a inspection on the vin and then have to file for a bonded title soo when I walked in to quickstop I was very stressed out and worried I wouldn't be able to ever driver the 3100 Lucas came actually to my house to inspect the vin and did all the paperwork for the bond.
