I agree with the other statements from people that had a bad experience with Susan. We had the same experiences. When we went to confirm our taxi for 3:00am the following day, they informed us that they told Susan that they were booked, and could not schedule a taxi for us. They even sent us the emails of correspondence with Susan. We were in a panic, as this was our taxi to the airport. The taxi company worked with us, and found us a taxi at the last minute. The worst, when we arrived in Heathrow from Scotland, my husband and son did not have booked seats. They had tickets, but not seats. The plane was full and no available flights until 2 days laters. Fortunately, there was a plane that did not arrive to connect with our flight, and my husband and son were able to get seats. Horrible!! Never again!!! read more

Susan is quite literally the last person I would ever pay let alone trust to arrange my own or my loved one's travels. Not only was she deceitful in her description of resorts (flat out told us there would be services and amenities that there were not) but she was rude and antagonistic when asked for help in an emergency situation. You would think a travel planner would be "on the clock" for the arrival of her planned vacation attendees, and yet when we asked her to help us with an emergency situation upon landing (while in a foreign country she is supposed to expertly know) she said she would call someone for us and then left us hanging for a full 12 hours. We had to find our own way home and manage what should have been the number one use of a travel service - SAFTEY AND BACKUP FOR EMERGENCIES. After 12 hours Susan only came back to us with a - and I quote - "I dont work on weekends, good luck!" I don't know about any of Susan's other clients, but OUR experience with her when trying to plan a 2 week trip to Fiji was TERRIBLE, I would NEVER use her services again. Her communication and response to questions was awful, couldn't get her on the phone to ask or answer questions, email responses were incomplete to questions asked or requests made. Once we were finally able to set this 2 week, $23K trip up, I had to correct her on NUMEROUS errors, down to misspelling my wife's name on the airline reservation....and you know what kind of problem that would have been trying to get through TSA and Customs. When COVID set our trip on hold (not her fault) she wouldn't return calls or emails, finally after trying to reschedule Fiji dates, she was LESS THAN HELPFUL, always had to try and find out answers to questions a travel agent Should know or at least be prepared for a client to ask. Then after the pains with her rescheduling our trip, more mistakes and now the same trip went up in price for a place that wasn't even open 6 months in advance!!! Then, with No Communication from Susan, (our travel agent), just 2 weeks defore our departure date we get a Bill for the balance of the trip that comes in a email to us...this Pissed me and my wife off (due to ALL of the other Problems) because Fiji was still CLOSED TO TRAVEL DUE TO COVID, were supposed to leave in a couple of weeks and NO COMMUNICATION from Susan telling us the trip OFF and they want full payment???!!! ...My wife and I work in the service industry, and if one of my employees performed this way with customers, they would be unemployed. So we FIRED Susan and went to anouther Agent (and it has been so easy and professionally handled...finally!!!) I WOULD NOT RECOMEND SUSANS TRAVEL SERVICES to any of my friends.... I even asked her while planning the 2 week Fiji trip, to give me a price on a 3 week trip to Australia....she NEVER responded....
