I had the misfortune of using this service for a scheduled ride to the Phoenix Sky Harbor airport…read more It was an early morning flight so getting there was essential. The driver did not show up at the appointed time. I called the owner (Winzal Hines) numerous times but it kept going to voicemail. We were frantic. When I finally got him, he had screwed up the day and insisted we were wrong. He agreed to send a car but at this point, we couldn't wait so we woke up our relative and had her take us. We were so stressed and Mr. Hines was so rude and arrogant and unprofessional and unwilling to be of help. This added to our grief. Word to the wise: DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! Unfortunately, we couldn't put any stars as even one star would be too generous. We were required to put one star but that is too much.

The company reached out to me the day before to confirm flight data and gave exact instructions on where to meet them when I landed at the airport. My flight was scheduled to arrive at 7:50 and my shuttle pickup time was scheduled for 9 pm allowing time to claim luggage, etc however my driver, Steven called when he was on his way and was able to pick me up earlier than scheduled which was perfect as I didn't have to wait around until 9. Shuttle was clean and we had a smooth ride to Surprise. Steven offered help if needed to board and bottled water. This service was recommended to me by a neighbor and I will definitely recommend to others. Price of the service was reasonable as well.
