She made the entire process super easy and even gave me her email so I can send in some documents I had forgotten at home. The whole process probably took me about 15 minutes. If you are applying for a Chinese Visa, bring your passport, a 2x2 photo and your license. You are able to download their form online or fill it out there. Super quick service and I was able to get my Visa approved before my trip. Their office is located on the West Wing of the building so it's the farther building in the back after you enter the parking lot. Suite 106.

Apparently their view of overnight is very different than mine. When I think overnight I think 1 night. What they do not disclose is that they use USPS priority mail express - which they say is a between 1-3 day delivery. They don't even have USPS in the description. They do say USPS in the other 2 options but no mention of USPS in the 'overnight' option. My application left Thursday with a before 6pm Saturday as my 'overnight' delivery.

The gentleman that was inside was too concerned with closing then to help me all I need was a label printed, and my box taped up. Really sad and I'm sitting in my car now and there's still two minutes left before it hit 6 o'clock. Where has Customer Service gone? I forgot to mention my box was and 20 pounds and he didn't even bother to come open the door. This place has lost 3 of my packages and said well we don't know where here at check your POB. My box only had a slip and they still couldn't find them. Also the lines get long because people don't realize. ONLY Thursdays is walk in for passports. And the line is on the right for passports not the left.
