I met Mike and he was awesome, friendly and explained exactly what I needed to know about UPS and USPS shipping for eBay. The store is very organized and they have SO many items and services. They are in a very convenient and perfect location in the shopping center by Target on Frank Lloyd Wright East of 101. this location closes at 6 PM, I arrived at 5:55 after working all day. And everybody knows it's hard to find a post office that's open after hours. The gentleman that was inside was too concerned with closing then to help me all I need was a label printed, and my box taped up. Really sad and I'm sitting in my car now and there's still two minutes left before it hit 6 o'clock. Where has Customer Service gone? I forgot to mention my box was and 20 pounds and he didn't even bother to come open the door. They charged extra because I used a credit card, but they did not tell me this ahead of time. If I would've known, I would've used cash or a debit card. Or found a business that accepted credit cards without extra fees. They were quick and efficient regarding the fingerprinting process however, it was expensive. read more

I've been coming to this place for almost a year now and have always had such kind service and help from the older gentleman. The last couple of times I've came here it's been a Hispanic guy who has been beyond rude. Last time I came in he was arguing with me about shipping a Poshmark order that they don't ship these items which I do it all the time and then I was charged almost 5 dollars to print 1 shipping label. Then this morning I went in and the box wasn't taped because I've never had to have it taped in the past and he said what do you want me to do with this with total attitude because the box was open and he said "you need to purchase tape" in a rude tone. I said "I've been coming here a year I've never had to pay for one piece of tape" and I walked out. I came here to get finger printing done. Michael and Denise were there to help me get everything sorted. They were so kind and informative. They also guarantee their fingerprinting work, so if something is wrong, they will re-do it at no extra cost. However, they did a perfect job, so I can't imagine it'll have to be redone. The shop itself is clean and air conditioned. If I need any services that they have, I will definitely be back. I highly recommend them. read more

I should have read the other reviewer's first. Got fingerprinting done here and no price was mentioned the gentleman charged me $279 dollars. I got fingerprinting done earlier this year for something else at another location and it was only $30. Very scammy. read more

I went in for fingerprints for the medical board. I have routinely paid $20-$30 for this service in the past. I understand with inflation it may have gone up a little bit, had my fingerprints done at which point he tried to charge $110. I pointed out that other locations are charging $40 for the same service And that he should warn people if he's going to charge close to three times the market rate rate. Unhelpful, and quite frankly deceitful, would stay away from this location. as there are a variety of other places that will do this service for a third of the price? read more

This place is basically a gun supply shop you can tell as soon as you walk in. I went in for a passport photo online the price says $16.99 but I paid 39.52 and could not get a digital copy which is required for my online passport application upload. The pictures will stay in my drawer forever doing nothing I will have to go to another passport photo place where I can get a digital copy of the photo. As I was walking up a few minutes ago to send a package, I realized I've been here before, but it was a long time ago. I remembered that I had tried to get a passport photo here and the guy was so hideous that I walked out and left a really horrible Yelp review. I thought to myself, I really do need to mail this package, and maybe it's time to give them another try. The attitude of this business most definitely has not changed! I walked in having realized that I put the label on the opposite side as the original shipping label from when the package arrived at my home. I asked politely if they had a sharpie that I could use, and the lady at the counter handed me the sharpie. As I was uncapping it and about to cross out the barcode and such from the original shipping label, she barked in a very unkind, shocking manner--so much so it actually caused me to startle/jump, "DON'T DO THAT" and started to grab the sharpie and the package from my hand. I was so taken aback, I wanted nothing to do with them. I literally took my package from her, turned around and walked out the door. As I was doing so, she changed her tone and very sugary said, "oh hun I was just going to put something on it that was better." That's all fine and good, but it doesn't excuse the way in which she addresses her customers--just like, if memory serves me, he does and was standing right next to her I realize now. Wow! I know I will never go in there again!! There are way too many small business owners that need the business and deserve the business more than this one. I would definitely give it some thought before you give these people your business as well. read more

Talk about good o'l fashion customer service!! Opens the doors for his customers, knows everyone by name, clean and sanitized and super fast service! I came here for my finger print clearence card and was done in under ten minutes. With Covid-19 in full effect I felt very safe here, he was wearing gloves and a mask and had a bottle of sanitizer in his hand, he sanitized everything before I touched it and everything when I left. He also sanitized my keys and my cell phone for me. Michael made me feel like I'd know. Him for years. Don't bother going in here. They have attitudes, are slow, and don't provide good service. I only went because it was convenient and came up on Google maps as a post office. They didn't know the products and couldn't figure out how to charge flat rate boxes that I had ready to ship. Take the time to get to a real post office. read more

Got fingerprint service here. A few points. After leaving I found out I was instructed to fill out form wrong. Did my fingerprints wrong (redid a print with wrong finger, ignored me when I told him). My degree program at school requires me to get my fingerprint clearance card. I had my fingerprints taken before for my Pharmacy Trainee license, but that was 4 years ago with a fingerprint card with ink. This place I'm not even lying is one of the only places still doing fingerprints. If you can get an appointment here, just go here. Michael does a good job getting fingerprints done. It took less than 10 minutes to get my prints done. He made sure to sanitize everything and provided great customer service! He even opened the door for me as I was leaving!
