Even after pointing this out, the issue wasn't properly corrected. I've printed these same files at home without any trouble, so this was clearly a print setup issue. Between the incorrect claim about my flash drive, undisclosed charges, and unusable prints, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. I won't be returning.
