They have designed and wrapped all of my vehicles, created my business cards, designed and created additional marketing material, designed and installed signage at my office, and are currently working on a completely new website. I have had the opportunity to work with 3 other marketing and media companies over the past 26 years here in the Phoenix area and unfortunately had never had an experience even close to that I have had with The Brandsmith. Paul and his employees are tremendously talented. Paul has listened to my ideas, marketing ideas, and been able to morph them into results that have exceeded my expectations. All of our vehicles are now branded with the same wraps. We get comments almost on daily basis on the design and each vehicle has paid for itself in a very short time. I truly wanted to leave a positive review for this shop, but my experience has been extremely…read moredisappointing from beginning to end. I was originally told they would create a free sample shirt for me within two days. Instead, it took over a week. Even with the delay, the sample shirt turned out nice, so I decided to place a bulk order worth over $400. I was told I would receive my shirts within one to three business days, but I ended up waiting eighteen days while dealing with repeated mistakes and miscommunication. During this time, I made multiple trips to the store because the promised timeframe had already passed, and I assumed my order would be ready. Each time, it was not. After all the inconvenience, I expected some form of compensation, whether a refund, a discount, or at least acknowledgment of the delays and the unnecessary back and forth. Instead, I found myself having to repeatedly hound them just to get them to address the issues and attempt to make things right. One of my designs was printed on the wrong shirts, and instead of taking responsibility, they tried to place the blame on me even though my designs were clearly planned and communicated ahead of time. The kids shirt I ordered also had a logo that was not fully pressed, with the edges visibly lifting off the fabric. This entire process has been a headache. If you want your shirts done correctly and within the timeframe you are promised, I strongly recommend going somewhere else.
