The place I was staying offered no print services as all and then someone recommended Fed Ex. I hadn't even thought about the business. I called, explained my issue and they gave me a email link where I could send my documents. I sent the documents, drive to the business, and gave them my name. The friendly employee who helped me (I am sorry for not getting her name) was efficient, cheerful and got my print order done in the blink of an eye exactly as I had ordered. Well done.

So I (in a panic) went to this Fed-Ex office and they came out and went above and beyond! I mean WOW!!! I truly wanted to leave a positive review for this shop, but my experience has been extremely…read moredisappointing from beginning to end. I was originally told they would create a free sample shirt for me within two days. Instead, it took over a week. Even with the delay, the sample shirt turned out nice, so I decided to place a bulk order worth over $400. I was told I would receive my shirts within one to three business days, but I ended up waiting eighteen days while dealing with repeated mistakes and miscommunication. During this time, I made multiple trips to the store because the promised timeframe had already passed, and I assumed my order would be ready. Each time, it was not. After all the inconvenience, I expected some form of compensation, whether a refund, a discount, or at least acknowledgment of the delays and the unnecessary back and forth. Instead, I found myself having to repeatedly hound them just to get them to address the issues and attempt to make things right. One of my designs was printed on the wrong shirts, and instead of taking responsibility, they tried to place the blame on me even though my designs were clearly planned and communicated ahead of time. The kids shirt I ordered also had a logo that was not fully pressed, with the edges visibly lifting off the fabric. This entire process has been a headache. If you want your shirts done correctly and within the timeframe you are promised, I strongly recommend going somewhere else.

They do have notary services, and sell bubble wrap and stuff - so there's that if you need those. They WILL accept USPS priority mail flat rate envelopes, but they don't use USPS - so they weigh them and ship them UPS and charge accordingly, so don't plan on this being a one-stop shop if you have other mailing to do unless you want to fork over extra cash. Thank you, Kris, for proving my point about your unprofessionalism and your need to seek attention…read morefrom another man. It does not surprise me that you called my business manager again after I left a review. There is no need for you to be having a "man-to-man" conversation with him when: A. I am the customer who legally paid you for services, and B. I am the legal business owner. Thus, I hate to burst your bubble, but he is not "the actual owner of the business," and for your information, he is not legally my husband. My best advice for you, as a business owner myself, is not to take new customers if you are "under pressure" and cannot handle the demand, as this can lead to careless mistakes and much more.
