I truly wanted to leave a positive review for this shop, but my experience has been extremely…read moredisappointing from beginning to end. I was originally told they would create a free sample shirt for me within two days. Instead, it took over a week. Even with the delay, the sample shirt turned out nice, so I decided to place a bulk order worth over $400. I was told I would receive my shirts within one to three business days, but I ended up waiting eighteen days while dealing with repeated mistakes and miscommunication. During this time, I made multiple trips to the store because the promised timeframe had already passed, and I assumed my order would be ready. Each time, it was not. After all the inconvenience, I expected some form of compensation, whether a refund, a discount, or at least acknowledgment of the delays and the unnecessary back and forth. Instead, I found myself having to repeatedly hound them just to get them to address the issues and attempt to make things right. One of my designs was printed on the wrong shirts, and instead of taking responsibility, they tried to place the blame on me even though my designs were clearly planned and communicated ahead of time. The kids shirt I ordered also had a logo that was not fully pressed, with the edges visibly lifting off the fabric. This entire process has been a headache. If you want your shirts done correctly and within the timeframe you are promised, I strongly recommend going somewhere else.

I met Abe because I wanted a sign shop near my location on 7th Avenue…read more I had been referred to someone else on 35 ave. I compared the 2 gentlemen's advice and knowledge and Price, then determined that ABE would do the work for me. I actually have 2 signs that Abe built. My signs are of colored acrylic over lighted boxes. I wanted the largest and most readable font and point size and didn't want to waste money on empty space. The sign turned out perfectly! I couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend this business.

I asked him numerous times to please stop screaming at me and to lower his voice. I reached out to him over a month ago for a sign. We discussed my sign needs and a rough estimate. The price sound fair and reasonable. I asked Abe to please email me a draft of how the sign would look like, in case there had to be any edits or changes, he agreed. He never emailed me! Nor he never followed up. This should have been a red flag that he never worked on my sign. Giving him the benefit of the doubt, I followed up with him today, and sure enough, my sign was never worked on! When I first spoke to him, he never mentioned a deposit and never explained that he required a deposit to create a rough draft, if he had I would have been happy to paid a deposit. He also added, "if I wanted the job done now", to go into his store, pay and it will be done today. My question to him was, "why didn't you tell me the first time I contacted you?" Abe tried to make me feel that I was the one to blame for his lack of communication and for not getting the rough draft completed. Because his lack of taking responsibility, poor work ethic and professionalism, I decided to not move forward with his sign services. I told him that I'd make sure to write a review so that others would know how he treated me. Abe then, said, he in return will give me a bad review about my business but Abe has never been my client and I never prepared his taxes. The attached picture shows the only time he left me a message, that was just him returning my initial call.

They were patient with me and let me make the size bigger/smaller to my liking. And they had it done in just a week! The price was great! (7.50 per towel...other quotes i got were 10-12 per towel). I will definitely be going back for all my future embroidery needs! As a side note...google maps takes you to a couple buildings before the actual store front....they have a large sign on the front of the building...so just keep going until you see that!

I was EXTREMELY impressed that what I walked into was that, a consultation, not a sales meeting "gosh those get old real fast"! I met with the owner and an employee of his "Jo or George I think his name is/was :/ ". I REALLY appreciated how honest they were; no fluf, no "ehhhh welllll you see" b.s. I've met with a couple SEO guys before this business, and I have a couple to meet with still, but I was very impressed that not only did they make suggestions, but they had solid information and knowledge to back up those claims as opposed to "we're just going to get you on the front page with the most competitive key words out there". As lame as it sounds, for me, knowledge is power and these guys showed that they have the knowledge/tools/training to back up their claims. My business is in a very competitive field and I have a semi-unique business model. Ryan gave me a strategy that integrated SEO and other online marketing ideas that really impressed me. Some of the stuff he consulted with me about really struck me as "wow, I've been doing this a long time and this guy is showing me new stuff" They went through my website, said good things about it, things that needed improvement, and gave me some, as you would guess, consultation.Like I said earlier, I still have a couple more people/business's to meet up with SEO, but I am extremely impressed with how professional, knowledgeable, and personable these guys were.
