Once upon a time, a young woman was in need of a reliable, timely, and trustworthy local business to support for a large print project. Stefani was ok until you're honest. She was legitimately arguing w me about spacing on a business card I had designed prior to them. I measured it. It is CLEARLY off centered which totally ruins the business card. I asked for a replacement cause I need consistent production. And they say, NO it's ok we will refund. So a business walks away from revenue!? If I was the owner I would fire that employee. If I was the owner, I WOULD MAKE SURE it's done correctly and I would not stop until my CUSTOMER is 100% satisfied. I am here to save small business owners a headache and time lost. Very disappointed in Acme. I have done a lot of research of the printing companies around town because I needed an emergency one-off print done this weekend. I found that Acme prominently states that they are "open on Saturdays!" I drove in from Chandler to see if they could print the shirt for me. When we got there another customer was ahead of us. I overheard the customer service rep tell them the designer is not in on Saturdays. Ok, no biggie. Then when we talked to her about our project she said that the production department is not open on Saturday's either. Their website did not disclose that in any way. If their production department isn't there to print on Saturdays, and if they don't have designers their on the weekend either, why are they even open?! They should just be closed on Saturdays too like their competitors are. Instead, they state it as a way to differentiate themselves from other printers although they can absolutely do nothing for customers on Saturdays. Acme has lost a customer. read more

I just finished using ACME for a client's embroidered patches. Both my client and I are happy with how it turned out, and I appreciated Saul's patience as I asked a lot of questions and tried to make sure the colors were accurate. The patches were manufactured in China, so if you are considering a similar project keep in mind that it may take awhile to get them shipped back to the US, and Chinese New Year could also cause delays. I've used ACME several years now for tshirts (which they produce in their shop in Phoenix), and I've always been happy with the value, process and the results. Ordered a small batch of shirts with sizes from small to 3xl. When the shirts arrived, all looked good except for the smaller sizes where the logo for our nonprofit was not centered and sloppy. When I emailed this info in with pictures, I was told "Unfortunately, when filling an order that has a range from small to 3XL sizes- finding a placement that works for all of the garments can be difficult," and that moving forward I should ask for two separate screens, which I would have happily done had this been communicated before I paid for shirts I can't use. Not everyone knows the ins and outs of screen printing, but ACME apparently assumes we do. I asked for the five bad shirts to be replaced. Never heard back. Bad communicators. Bad attention to customer satisfaction. Makes me sad. read more
