I called a couple places before Outta PHX and none could complete my order due to business needs for Saturday. I was on the phone with Outta PHX for only 10 minutes and within that 10 minutes, not only did they agree to complete my order for a Saturday pickup, they also redid the sticker design while I was on the phone in a MUCH better way than the original design the Michigan shop was going to print and somehow I got a text saying the order was ready same day. It is CLEARLY off centered which totally ruins the business card. I asked for a replacement cause I need consistent production. And they say, NO it's ok we will refund. So a business walks away from revenue!? If I was the owner I would fire that employee. If I was the owner, I WOULD MAKE SURE it's done correctly and I would not stop until my CUSTOMER is 100% satisfied. I am here to save small business owners a headache and time lost. I responded back with a few minor changes and asked if they could deliver the product on a very short timeline. They not only beat my deadline, but they also improved the original design. The staff is friendly, responsive, and most importantly very creative. Things that are highly desirable when taking a project from an idea to reality in a short period of time. Their shop is clean, well organized, and equipped with very sophisticated machinery. I believe that they are capable of successfully completing any printed product on demand.
