While they didn't have a jersey, they did have a shirt and so be it. She was able to print and have it ready for me by Thursday. They even referred me to an excellent vendor to help me with the custom PJ pants. I was in a bind because I had ordered custom pajamas for my work party contest off of Amazon. After paying a $100 additional fee to be guaranteed on time delivery from that vendor, they gaslit me for weeks before finally admitted they lost my order. It was just days before my work event and I was left with nothing that I had ordered or paid for. I contacted these guys through Yelp and they were fast to respond and gave a very fair quote for the work. I ended up with a much better outfit than I originally ordered from Amazon and I even won the pj contest. I would absolutely use them again and I am very happy with my whole experience from beginning to end!

Our organization ordered 26 shirts from them last summer. As long as we were getting ready to order, my phone calls were returned quickly. After the order was placed, it took more than a month to get the order - not bad but not stellar. The quality of the work was excellent, but one of my shirts had a spot on it. When I called to tell them about it, their return calls were considerably slower in coming. Since they are located close to where I live, I drove there and took the shirt with me. The owner, Steve, was very nice and said he would take care of getting me a replacement shirt. That was back in September. I've been calling and leaving messages but NONE of my calls have been returned. I just drove to their shop again, and sure enough - that suite is EMPTY. So now I'm out the almost $30 for my shirt (what would have been my favorite) and I have to shop around again for another business to take care of our next order. It's terribly disappointing to work with someone that comes across as being so nice to find out they can pull something like this. If there's a good reason for what's happened, I can be very understanding. BUT AT LEAST RETURN MY CALLS and let me know what's happening! What a let down!

They do have Grab Bag bins around the store with gear that is 40-50% off the MSRP (which means you know it's high already), so that can help. As a swim coach for a high school team, they did a great job with our order, and communication about our orders was clear. It is located in the "far" east valley, but easily accessible.
