It was just days before my work event and I was left with nothing that I had ordered or paid for. I contacted these guys through Yelp and they were fast to respond and gave a very fair quote for the work. I ended up with a much better outfit than I originally ordered from Amazon and I even won the pj contest. I was originally told they would create a free sample shirt for me within two days. Instead, it took over a week. Even with the delay, the sample shirt turned out nice, so I decided to place a bulk order worth over $400. I was told I would receive my shirts within one to three business days, but I ended up waiting eighteen days while dealing with repeated mistakes and miscommunication. During this time, I made multiple trips to the store because the promised timeframe had already passed, and I assumed my order would be ready. Each time, it was not. After all the inconvenience, I expected some form of compensation, whether a refund, a discount, or at least acknowledgment of the delays and the unnecessary back and forth. Instead, I found myself having to repeatedly hound them just to get them to address the issues and attempt to make things right. One of my designs was printed on the wrong shirts, and instead of taking responsibility, they tried to place the blame on me even though my designs were clearly planned and communicated ahead of time. The kids shirt I ordered also had a logo that was not fully pressed, with the edges visibly lifting off the fabric. This entire process has been a headache. If you want your shirts done correctly and within the timeframe you are promised, I strongly recommend going somewhere else.

So i went in person to follow up on my samples today 02/25/2026 since i was told they were going to be finished by today or tomorrow and i wanted to make sure progress was being made since i hadn't been given any form of payment to pay still. I go in person and the manager isn't even there. My clothes are in boxes still untouched, so she lied to me, and are sitting underneath a cart. I tell the guy who's working there that i'm here to follow up on my samples i dropped off last week and he's clueless. He has to text the manager and owner to get context. I finally receive my invoice and i open it only to see it say $534 lmao. This place is crazy unprofessional. I can't tell you how many times i've had to just show up in person to press the staff on any doing their job since i can't get any real answers over the phone. It's not hard to communicate if you can't follow through on something and speaks more to your clients than trying to over promise and under sell.
