Design A Shirt - The shirt my hubby created as a Christmas gift for his siblings. Awesome! - Screen Printing/T-Shirt Printing Near Me - Tempe, Arizona

I had a last minute idea of a shirt to give someone for their birthday with a logo I had designed for them. I searched the internet far and wide and this was the only place that I could find that allowed me to print one shirt only and that delivered in time for (on) the birthday. All other companies and websites claimed to have no minimum but when placing the order had a minimum of 6, and their delivery dates were several days later. So I chose designashirt.com and not only was the quality of the product amazing and the present loved by the recipient, but it arrived a day earlier than promised! So thank you for making it possible for me to give this gift! (which is one of my favorites that I have ever made/given). read more

Can't say enough good things about these guys! We used their website to design custom t-shirts for our softball team (different name and number for each player) three seasons ago and the shirts came out great. Their website was so easy to use. Their prices and shipping times are good and their customer service via email (Stephanie and Crystal) is great. Their shipping is fast and their customer service is amazing. Through their customer service email we have placed two additional orders as new players join our team and they have made the reorder process so fast and easy. Both times the shirts were exactly like the originals. read more

Design A Shirt - Their website is great to design custom shirts and they came out great! - Screen Printing/T-Shirt Printing Near Me - Tempe, Arizona

I was in town for the day and needed a t shirt made within a couple hours. They took the order and came through perfectly!

I have now used Design A Shirt a few dozen times, mostly for my child's sports teams but also for family trips and other occasions. I have been a customer for close to 7 years and I live out of state...way out of state (across the ocean). Never have they let me down in pricing, customer service, quick service, shipping, getting my order correct. I have gotten personal messages from the employees making sure I'm satisfied and my order is in place. I have referred this company to many friends who after horror stories with other companies were so glad to work with Design a Shirt. I make it a point to refer this business to folks on forums and chats and especially word of mouth. I'm a customer for life, the Design a Shirt staff has been awesome to me and my family and our team over the years! I honestly feel like they know me as silly as it sounds! read more

This company is awesome~They're affordable, responsive, and quick! They even offer a military discount

Ordered our business T shirts . Great customer service. Received our order before promise date . they were shipped to TX . Thank you great job! read more

how do you run a successful small business? reach out to your customer once the transaction is complete and ask if they were happy with their purchase, with their experience, and if the answer is no, then fix it. that's exactly what the owner of design a shirt did after i responded to their satisfaction correspondence and outlined my disappointment with the items i received, he called me personally and assured me that design a shirt would make it right, posthaste. and true to his word the matter was taken care of quickly and professionally, leaving me not only thoroughly impressed but also a very satisfied customer who will certainly turn to design a shirt once i need to refill my tshirt stock. on a side note, i received two unsolicited private yelp messages from tshirt businesses asking me to give them a try based on my initial experience with design a shirt, and my yelp review about that experience... i own and operate my own business so i get wanting to corral new customers, but it just struck me as rather off-putting, and something i was surprised yelp would allow. read more

Amazing company. Jumped right in today to get a job done rushed. Daniella is amazing and the team so helpful. Thanks so much!!!!

I've had them design and print shirts for me. Their artist was great. He really came up with a fantastic design and the shirts have held up really well after multiple washes. We are very happy with all the orders we've had done here, both for gifts and for our business. read more

I wanted to find a local place to order a few team shirts for a company softball charity game and so glad I came across DesignaShirt. The process was great from beginning to end. The design software is simple to use and offers a great selection of colors, images and tees depending on your budget. Called with a quick question and the lady was super helpful so we finished the order online that day and they were delivered a day early! Quality is nice, service is exceptional. Will definitely use again! read more

Ordered a shirt online from their website for my friend's birthday. It was awesome how much I could personalize it on the website, and it came out exactly how I wanted it!! Fast shipping too! Definitely ordering from them again! read more

I needed my company logo embroidered on my uniforms (which are specially-made and have to be ordered directly from the manufacturer), and was curtly told they "are moving out of customer-supplied items". I then asked if they could please refer me to someone who would be able to help me and the lady smugly told me to "try a kiosk at a mall". I then said I was looking for a professional company who I could rely upon not only currently for my uniforms, but also for future work such as hats and polo shirts that I would order directly from the company doing the embroidery. She then went to the back for a couple of minutes, I assume to speak with her boss, and when she came back, she told me to "go use Google". I guess that since they are a small company with a couple of large accounts, little guys like me are insignificant. Moving on... read more

I've printed two shirts now with DAS and couldn't be happier with the results. The design/proof team took my flawed/mediocre first design and made it into something special. I printed on the DAS value T shit, which was a decent t shirt considering how low the price was for each shirt I printed. My next design was something special and I made 50 prints. If you're reading this buy the American Apparel Fine T-shirt. It smashes the quality of the DAS t and I will not be printing on any other shirt moving forward. Customer service has been fantastic. Both Ernie and Jess were lifesavers for me. I had some issues with the color I choose for my proof (don't confirm your proof until you see the colors on your computer), so I called in and they were able to change the print color selected and still manage to get all the shirts printed that day. Highly recommended and if you have questions they are great about emailing you back. Go with American Apparel Fine T if you plan on owning the shirt for an extended period of time. read more

Tried to create a bunch of shirts but the platform bugs alot! Attempted 3 different web browsers and ensure plug ins were up to date and running but nothing worked. Unfortunately taking business to another site. read more

Their customer service is top notch! While I initially had an issue with the digitally printed color not matching what I saw in the proof, the print quality was still quite good for the price. Even their digital print was bright and saturated. I was helped by Samantha who was unbelievably patient and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I'd be satisfied with the end result. I've never come across a shirt printing company with such great customer service. Still in a bit of shock actually. Tip: their design tool shows what color shirts they have in stock, but always check with a rep (via live chat) because there may be new colors available that just aren't up yet, and they'll be able to manually enter that info into the system. I found DesignAShirt through here: http://www.printaholic.com/our-reviews/t-shirts/ They are #1 for good reason. read more

Overpriced and unrealiable quality. I've talked to them several times over the phone to make sure the final product looked exactly as I had in mind by confirming the dimensions, but when I received the product. Nothing was correctly printed. Their customer service is poor in dealing with issues like this. read more

I created a fantastic t-shirt for our family cruise! The on-line tools were very easy to use. The chat feature provided me with instant help to answer my questions, and to process my order. This company carried the largest shirts, up to 6X. My order arrived on time, complete, exactly as I envisioned!! I highly recommend this company!! read more

These folks are fantastic! Their customer service is excellent and I found their products to be better than expected. I uploaded some artwork that I thought would be fine. They contacted me to say that they had concerns about the resolution and that they didn't think the product would be up to their standards. Well, I didn't have a higher resolution version. So, their art department recreated my logo. They charged me NOTHING to do that. Not only did the products look great but they even sent me the upgraded artwork! That's going above and beyond the call. I'm now a loyal DesignAShirt customer. read more

My son created a really fun character and I wanted to surprise him by putting it on a shirt. I had one made for him and one for his brother. I was so happy there was not a minimum order. The shirts were amazing! The service was fast and friendly. I will definitely be ordering again for my KHilding Photo business shirts! read more

They have a good shirt selection and the interface for building the shirts is pretty good. However there is a critical problem with color representation. Several orders have shown up with significantly different color shades than the preview. Even worse the digital printing and screen printing show up differently. We ordered prototypes with digital printing because it was much cheaper for one shirt. Later when the large expensive order was placed with screen printing, the colors were noticeably different. We spent almost a thousand dollars in shirts with colors different than expected. However, I can confidently recommend designashirt for shirts if color calibration isn't important. Just stick with black or white printing if you can. read more

I looked at and played with close to a dozen other t-shirt websites before finding DesignAShirt.com. Their site was intuitively easy to use and, unlike other t-shirt sites, allowed me to design the t-shirt the way I wanted. What surprised me the most, howver, was there personal e-mail followups to my order. Of course my order came out perfectly, as was delivered on time. 10 STARS for their customer service!! read more

My previous poor review initiated a follow-up call to me from one of the Design-a-shirt operation managers and the miscommunication I experienced was explained. Minus this one issue they deserve a good review as they worked hard to help me with my design and delivered my t-shirts in a timely manner. read more

The shirts, diesign and delivery were all good, but every shirt ran extremely tight. Order at least a size up.

I don't even want to give this site one star. I ordered shirts for a group of our friends who were participating in a cystic fibrosis fundraising walk. Our best friends just found out their baby was diagnosed so we wanted to do something to show our support for their family. Emily, at Design a shirt was very nice and helpful and guaranteed that we'd have our shirts by the Friday before the walk. I called on Friday when our shirts still had not arrived and was told that they had forgotten to ship the shirts. The walk is tomorrow. Emily called around to try to ship the shirts overnight but said she was unable to find anyone to get us the shirts. She found a printing station near our house to print the shirts but they were unable to print the picture on the shirts which was the most important part of the shirt. So our order which originally cost us $250 was now discounted to $200- only $50 off even though we were getting a totally different shirt, with much less printing, and a huge disappointment for not having the picture (an ultrasound picture of our friends' baby) on the shirt. They said they would make up for it by donating to our group- they donated $50. So basically they still got the full payment for the shirts because they can use the $50 as a tax donation and we're still left with the crappy shirts. No matter how nice Emily was, I would never use this company again. And neither should you. read more
