By far the worst customer service I have ever had. After two months of requesting the job status, multiple calls not returned, in-person visits to check on status and only to be told by the owner "I was out of town" for various reasons. I have no product to show for it, there has been nothing delivered (or started). When I finally asked for my project material back, Marie went and found it under a 10" stack of paperwork on her desk. She even had one of the girls standing by her hand me the project back with the order form still attached. No, I am sorry, no, I really did not want to do the job, no, I should have called you back, no, I wasn't really out of town for the two months you lost on your project, no, see you later come again! Don't lie and/or hide from customer's if you are not going to do the job. I feel sorry for all the order forms that were stacked under my project and form. Find another shop to do business with is my recommendation! This shop and owner are 2nd rate at best! read more

Got a couple custom polos done here and really liked them. They were just what I needed for work to be a bit more professional for training and events with our embroidered logo on them. The staff here is all friendly and they can turn just about anything into something embroidered. You can also either bring your garments in or order them through them. It did take a little longer than expected and told, by a week or two but I wasn't in a huge rush so it wasn't a big deal. read more

I've never posted a negative review because I'm not that person. Plus I understand how difficult it is to run a business and people make mistakes. It took a lot to get me to this point, but this place did that and more. I've never in my life experienced such TERRIBLE customer service. Every person in there is rude and obnoxious. They act like your order is an inconvenience. We run a marketing and media company and we deal with several screen printers on a regular basis. We've ordered from Bowdacious several times and will never do it again. They always promise orders will be ready on a certain day and time and they never deliver. I was in there this afternoon to pick up an order for my radio show. They had promised us it would be ready when we called it in on Weds. It was TWO logo's for screen printing! They told me they hadn't started it yet because they had 36 jerseys ahead of me that were "more important" and they close at 5. I explained that we were told it would be ready, we asked twice to make sure and we put our trust in them for our big event this weekend. The guy who does the logo's said "you didn't talk to me and I'm the one doing it." He said he couldn't get it done. Then the woman he was working with- the only one who seemed to even half-heartledly care- said they would try and I should call back just before 5pm and check. I called back at 4:45 and this woman put me on hold for almost 15 mins before she came back on and told me to hold again. Another woman picked up and I asked her if they were ready. She started going on and on about the jerseys not even being done and they were already staying late on a Friday. I asked her straight up if my order would be done, and she lost her mind. She screamed at me "I told you the jerseys aren't done and they're ahead of you. This is the 2nd time. You were in here earlier. What do you want me to tell you?" I said they had been promised by today and we really need them. She screamed again "when are you gonna get it through your head?!? They arent gonna be done!!" I told her she's rude and obnoxious and should never scream at a customer. Then I called her a couple of choice names and hung up. This is not the 1st time this has happened. Last time the owner started complaining to me about customer expectations and demands because they had promised us something they couldn't deliver and they were pissed that I expected them to make good on their promise. I would NEVER, EVER give this business or this woman another dime and neither should you. They have no idea what customer service is and they don't deserve your business. Unbelievable. read more

I went here to get my son's coming home from the hospital outfit monogrammed. The staff was very friendly and helpful on picking out colors and font to match the style I wanted. I dropped off the outfit on a Friday and they said I would get a text or phone call 24 hours before it would be ready with a proof if I would like. Sure enough on Thursday I received a proof and it was ready to be picked up the next day. For a outfit monogram and a name written on a hat it was reasonably priced. The owner just told me the day that my items were supposed to get started that she would not get to it until Monday, which is fine I understand businesses are busy. The issues is instead of apologizing and asking how to make it right she was rude and told me, "I'm busy, I don't know what to tell you." I would give this place a 0 start if I could because at the end of our conversation the owner told me just to pick up my items and that she wouldn't do the work or help me or give me a discount for being a week late. This owner has an anger issue and can not control her temper. She needs to never deal with customs. Amazing embroidery! I dropped off a jacket to get embroidered with 'Bride' but the problem was it was five days before Christmas and they were swamped. They weren't sure if they would have time for it but luckily they called me back a day later (Wednesday). The font and thread looks great. It was $10 for the embroidery which was actually cheaper than other places I called. I wish I left a tip. Absolutely the worst service ever. They told us our prints would be done and didn't have them done. Told us sorry our basketball jerseys take precedence. Then don't tell us you can finish a job you can't do. Wow! Not only was the work that was done of excellent quality, but the customer service was outstanding! I needed a lab coat embroidered with my son's name along with a molecule he designed. He specifically wanted it on the pocket. But the pocket either had to be sewn shut or there was a possibility of the embroidery bunching up. The owner graciously took it upon herself to take the pocket off, embroider it, and sew it back on. It came out beautiful! And she didn't even charge anything extra for the additional labor involved. She is now my go-to for any type of embroidery needs and other services they may provide. Kudos to you Bowdacious! read more

I used this company to manufacture baseball uniforms for a new baseball program I started at a local school. They went above and beyond! They helped create a product that was perfect in design and affordable. They made recommendations for materials that would hold up well and we ended up with absolutely beautiful uniforms. There was an occasion when something went wrong during stitching a logo. I did not think it was bad and was willing to accept it. They said that they would not let it go out of the shop that way. They ordered in a new product and did it to their perfecting standard. I was on a very tight budget and I was very impressed with their ability to do all the work at costs which were much less than what I had found through online companies. I could not have had a better experience. I have been on the Little League board of directors for years and understand the problems that can occur with uniforms. GREAT JOB!!!! read more
