Common sense by allotting time for design. Chace tried to take it upon himself and design my business card and made me think it was a designer. Chace has delayed the launch of MY BUSINESS by 5 weeks now. I have missed 3 events because I don't have business cards for networking and marketing. Now the owner is giving me the run around the last 2 weeks. Pulling those fake empathic texts while still delaying. The owner acknowledged my concern and did nothing about it. I expressed how upset I have been and the massive delay to my business he didn't even offer me an expedited time frame. I now have to spend another two weeks with a new company. I firmly believe he was going to STEAL my 341$ and not complete my order. This owner is a narcissistic man. Sure many good reviews but I am an HONEST one. I would never make this review if it was a lie. I am reporting this business to BBB and I have reported chance to AZ department of Human Resources. I am filed with an attorney to seek damages. UPDATE: narcissism is loud. He now claims I am harassing him because I hired his company to do work for me and since he cannot hit deadlines he is taking it personal. It's not harassment asking for the work you paid for. This man is scary.

Called to speak with the owner, Jennifer, about my order, and three things to note:…read more1. They don't conduct a quality control when printing. All they do is tell you if your image is good enough to print. 2. They do not care nor take responsibility if the proof they send you is actually what is printed on your item. 3. They do not do refunds for their mistakes because they don't know what the printer is going to print until after it prints. 4. Their response to my review is not true--when I spoke with Barbara in-person prior to printing, all she told me was that the original image I sent was low DPI and to send her a new one and provide her with the font name so she can re-type as needed, otherwise, the image and text will print blurry. That's it. I was not informed of any potential issues with the printer not printing exactly to the proof nor that there would be parts of my image missing entirely. Save your money and go elsewhere to a business that actually cares about their quality of work and customer satisfaction.

Our organization ordered 26 shirts from them last summer. As long as we were getting ready to order, my phone calls were returned quickly. After the order was placed, it took more than a month to get the order - not bad but not stellar. The quality of the work was excellent, but one of my shirts had a spot on it. When I called to tell them about it, their return calls were considerably slower in coming. Since they are located close to where I live, I drove there and took the shirt with me. The owner, Steve, was very nice and said he would take care of getting me a replacement shirt. That was back in September. I've been calling and leaving messages but NONE of my calls have been returned. I just drove to their shop again, and sure enough - that suite is EMPTY. So now I'm out the almost $30 for my shirt (what would have been my favorite) and I have to shop around again for another business to take care of our next order. It's terribly disappointing to work with someone that comes across as being so nice to find out they can pull something like this. If there's a good reason for what's happened, I can be very understanding. BUT AT LEAST RETURN MY CALLS and let me know what's happening! What a let down!
