Called to speak with the owner, Jennifer, about my order, and three things to note: 1. They don't conduct a quality control when printing. All they do is tell you if your image is good enough to print. 2. They do not care nor take responsibility if the proof they send you is actually what is printed on your item. 3. They do not do refunds for their mistakes because they don't know what the printer is going to print until after it prints. 4. Their response to my review is not true--when I spoke with Barbara in-person prior to printing, all she told me was that the original image I sent was low DPI and to send her a new one and provide her with the font name so she can re-type as needed, otherwise, the image and text will print blurry. That's it. I was not informed of any potential issues with the printer not printing exactly to the proof nor that there would be parts of my image missing entirely. Save your money and go elsewhere to a business that actually cares about their quality of work and customer satisfaction. read more

I went on June 6,3023 a little before 9:00 AM. I waited by the door til they opened up. I saw a kid sitting inside with his mom(?). They came out and the lady said if you see people in you could've just opened the door. I was thinking she could have opened the door for me and let me in. I spoke to Jennifer who seemed like she didn't want to be bothered. She helped but wasn't friendly. She was a snob and didn't feel very welcomed. I will give someone else my business. Stopped by earlier, no greeting but a "are you dropping off or picking up?" I responded that I would like to drop off for embroidery and the young lady at the first desk stated "she will help you" and continued her FaceTime conversation about her upcoming nail appointment. The other person was working with another customer so totally understandable for her to not cut into their service but a simple "I'll be right with you" could've gone a long way. I felt very much that my presence wasn't acknowledged and therefore my money wasn't needed so I took it to All Things Embroidered right up the street where I was greeted and treated respectfully so I left my items there. read more

I volunteer for a local dog rescue and was running in a half marathon where the charity was the ASPCA. I thought it was a perfect tie in for the rescue so I wanted to have a shirt made up with a pic of one of our dogs on the front and on the back text showing mile 1 - dog name, mile 2, dogs name and so on. I checked tees and more and they were the most reasonably priced, had exceptionally friendly customer service (Tyler I think?) and could accommodate my rather tight timeline. I couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome. BTW, on the front pic I screwed that up by taking a fabric pen and trying to add to the shirt, that was NOT tees and more! Awesome business with great customer service. Military friendly. I have used them for my last two shirt orders. They do fantastic work. I was a walk-in customer and they helped me with my shirt design on the spot. No hassle at all. On my most recent order, I was in a pinch to get shirts quick. Although they clearly had a busy workload, they worked with me and I had my order complete in less than an hour. (It was small, and obviously couldn't expect that kind of turn around for a large order) Amazing staff that was overly friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be going back to Tees and More and will recommend them to anyone and everyone. I needed shirts for my sister's bachelorette party and had less than a week to get them done. I went to the store and the staff was so helpful and patience with the design process. I went in with just an idea of what I wanted (this idea included a different personalized shirt for each of the ten attendees plus ten additional tank tops with different designs- this was not a fast or easy job). The lady, Barb, was so sweet and spent hours with me picking out the right type of shirts, forming the artwork and picking colors. She even did a sample print right there with me on a shirt to show me how some colors would print. She allowed my cousin and I to try on numerous different shirts to see which we liked more and tolerated our back and forth debating between us. Once we finalized the designs she sent me proofs to approve and had everything perfect. The shirt were printed in one day after the proofs were approved and from start to finish it was less than a week. Barb also helped make my sister's tee special by adding glitter graphics. After we left the first day we kept thinking of ideas and Barb was very helpful even on the phone. She really took the time to understand what we wanted and how we wanted all the girls to look in the shirts. The end product was amazing. When I picked up the shirts they were exactly what I wanted. The staff was able to really take what I imagined and make amazing shirts. And an added bonus was that all the shirts (20 total) came in at my budget and cheaper than anywhere else I had tried to get them done from. Because of how many shirts we were getting she gave the brides shirts free with the added glitter. I don't think I would have been able to get 20 different shirt designs printed for the budget I had anywhere else. Poor customer service. I brought a shirt in to have lettering placed on it in a certain font. Instead of trying to be helpful, the first thing I was asked was, "How am I supposed to find this font?" I felt like I was definitely more of a bother than a customer. The employee then took a phone call while scrolling through "fonts" on the computer and just appeared thoroughly annoyed. Clearly, my request was not worth her time so I got up and left and will not be back. Note to Tees and More - it's not a good idea to humiliate or embarrass your customers. read more

Horrible, horrible would not go there ever again..... before I went and found The shirts I wanted I asked them if they could do it they said yes no problem.I told her that I was in a time crunch for them to be done she said in one a day she could have them done I told her that wasn't necessary they had like four days. I called the day before we needed them to see if they're done she said no it's a lot of work you know.. (How would I know how much work it is. it's not what I do?)I thought just to put a few names on at angle it's like she was irritated with me because of the shirts why did she say she could do the job no problem if it was a problem to her?like I said before I went and bought the shirts I showed them a picture of what I wanted. The shirts were never finished correctly picked up anyways because we needed them for our event and as I was picking them up was told the iron on stuff they put on may come off and to be careful (I was like what?)You have got to be kidding me. Never in all of the leagues my children have participated in or all of the companies I've worked for or planned an event for, have I ever encountered such an epic delay of goods. We ordered shirts and hats before our sons 1st game over a month & a half ago and just received shirts this Friday, hats are not even done & the boys only have 2 games left! What a colossal waste of money & time! Any other printer in town would have had these done in two weeks or less. Also apparently they came up with the pricing on THEIR items for those of us in the league then demanded more $$ after the order was placed! Stay away from this company! Call Embroaderme!! read more

I have used Barb MANY times over the past 5 yrs or so. She is the BEST!!!!!! I have gone in with just an idea and Barb has made it "alive" and even better than what I was thinking.
