I have ordered shirts and hats for a golf tournament from there for the past two years. The owner is awesome, the lady work in the front is super polite and helpful. I don't know why anybody goes anywhere else for good shirts and hats. If you've got a business or a school or just need shirts, definitely make sure you come here. Oh and the embroidery is top-notch. read more

NEVER in my life have I encountered a business that did not want my money. For a simple heated press on for soccer shirts, they refused my business. Meanwhlie, the company did the same work for me the year prior 9.5.25. They were dismissive and unfriendly and didn't want to work with me, even though I told them they helped me the year prior. Shocked and disappointed. DO NOT GO HERE! WILL NOT RETURN! read more

Called to speak with the owner, Jennifer, about my order, and three things to note: 1. They don't conduct a quality control when printing. All they do is tell you if your image is good enough to print. 2. They do not care nor take responsibility if the proof they send you is actually what is printed on your item. 3. They do not do refunds for their mistakes because they don't know what the printer is going to print until after it prints. 4. Their response to my review is not true--when I spoke with Barbara in-person prior to printing, all she told me was that the original image I sent was low DPI and to send her a new one and provide her with the font name so she can re-type as needed, otherwise, the image and text will print blurry. That's it. I was not informed of any potential issues with the printer not printing exactly to the proof nor that there would be parts of my image missing entirely. Save your money and go elsewhere to a business that actually cares about their quality of work and customer satisfaction. read more

This store may have some of the worst costumer service and unprofessionalism I have ever experienced, I was assured by Barbra that my order would be done within a couple of days, after 2 days I had called to check the status of my order and the younger blonde lady who works there answered the phone and was so condescending and rude about me calling and checking the status of my order like I did something wrong. She basically implied why was I even calling because someone would call me, she was so rude. Then by the 3rd business day I call again and they say that my order of shirts hasn't even been started yet... AFTER 3 BUSINESS DAYS AND REASSURED THAT IT WOULD BE A QUICK PROCESS THEY HADNT EVEN BEGIN ON MY ORDER. So I went picked up my shirts and went to another store who had them done in an hour. So i strongly recommend future customers to try any other store in the valley besides this one, don't bother unless you enjoy rude customer service and unprofessionalism read more

Jennifer was such a big help in getting a rush order through. We had been using another person in Phoenix and needed to find someone a little more centrally located. Not only were they able to get our order in on time, but they helped us locate odd sizes and get everything in on time. Since then we have moved most of our orders here. Good people, good price, and a good location. I think we have found our new place to order shirts! read more

This place is amazing. I've had plenty of work done by them for work related apparel. It was complete and done in a timely manner. All the ladies up front were super helpful and I would highly suggest giving them a try. I will forever be a customer and Thank you guys! read more

Quality embroidery and quick turn around. We have had school shirts and backpacks embroidered here. Great work!

Rude and condescending. Acted like they didn't want my business so I went elsewhere. Would never recommend them and quite frankly, I am surprised they are still in business. read more

I went on June 6,3023 a little before 9:00 AM. I waited by the door til they opened up. I saw a kid sitting inside with his mom(?). They came out and the lady said if you see people in you could've just opened the door. I was thinking she could have opened the door for me and let me in. I spoke to Jennifer who seemed like she didn't want to be bothered. She helped but wasn't friendly. She was a snob and didn't feel very welcomed. I will give someone else my business. I want to support a business with "excellent customer service " and their quality of work. read more

Stopped by earlier, no greeting but a "are you dropping off or picking up?" I responded that I would like to drop off for embroidery and the young lady at the first desk stated "she will help you" and continued her FaceTime conversation about her upcoming nail appointment. The other person was working with another customer so totally understandable for her to not cut into their service but a simple "I'll be right with you" could've gone a long way. I felt very much that my presence wasn't acknowledged and therefore my money wasn't needed so I took it to All Things Embroidered right up the street where I was greeted and treated respectfully so I left my items there. read more

I volunteer for a local dog rescue and was running in a half marathon where the charity was the ASPCA. I thought it was a perfect tie in for the rescue so I wanted to have a shirt made up with a pic of one of our dogs on the front and on the back text showing mile 1 - dog name, mile 2, dogs name and so on. I checked tees and more and they were the most reasonably priced, had exceptionally friendly customer service (Tyler I think?) and could accommodate my rather tight timeline. I couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome. BTW, on the front pic I screwed that up by taking a fabric pen and trying to add to the shirt, that was NOT tees and more! I can't recommend them more. If you need shirt(s) this is the place to go. read more

Tees and More - they did awesome job with pic, I messed up trying to add with fabric pen. Should have thought of this and just had tees and more do the text - Printing Services Near Me - Gilbert, Arizona

The staff was very knowledgeable on all the different material and the return time to get the product was excellent.

This is a great business. I mistanly made a bad review last year. It was regarding a totally different business. I thought I had deleted it when I caught it last year to no avail. Owners and staff at Ts and More are very friendly and customer focused. read more

Terrible experience from start to finish. No greeting upon entering. I was treated like a nuisance rather than a customer when placing and picking up order. The store is messy, unorganized and way over priced. I'm not sure how this place is still in business when they treat customers like trash. read more

Overall, my experience with Tees & More has been outstanding! The quality and timeliness of service is second to none. Highly recommend!

Awesome business with great customer service. Military friendly. I have used them for my last two shirt orders. They do fantastic work. I was a walk-in customer and they helped me with my shirt design on the spot. No hassle at all. On my most recent order, I was in a pinch to get shirts quick. Although they clearly had a busy workload, they worked with me and I had my order complete in less than an hour. (It was small, and obviously couldn't expect that kind of turn around for a large order) Amazing staff that was overly friendly and accommodating. Thanks to Jennifer and the rest of the staff for helping me out. The shirts were a big hit for our event! Although I have just ordered digital print t-shirts, they do much more than that. Check them out. You won't be disappointed. read more

Have had embroidery and screen printing done with them and they are great. The design work that Jennifer does is great and Tara in the front office is both kind and thoughtful. I will continue to use them for all of our printing needs. Well done! read more

I will definitely be going back to Tees and More and will recommend them to anyone and everyone. I needed shirts for my sister's bachelorette party and had less than a week to get them done. I went to the store and the staff was so helpful and patience with the design process. I went in with just an idea of what I wanted (this idea included a different personalized shirt for each of the ten attendees plus ten additional tank tops with different designs- this was not a fast or easy job). The lady, Barb, was so sweet and spent hours with me picking out the right type of shirts, forming the artwork and picking colors. She even did a sample print right there with me on a shirt to show me how some colors would print. She allowed my cousin and I to try on numerous different shirts to see which we liked more and tolerated our back and forth debating between us. Once we finalized the designs she sent me proofs to approve and had everything perfect. The shirt were printed in one day after the proofs were approved and from start to finish it was less than a week. Barb also helped make my sister's tee special by adding glitter graphics. After we left the first day we kept thinking of ideas and Barb was very helpful even on the phone. She really took the time to understand what we wanted and how we wanted all the girls to look in the shirts. The end product was amazing. When I picked up the shirts they were exactly what I wanted. The staff was able to really take what I imagined and make amazing shirts. And an added bonus was that all the shirts (20 total) came in at my budget and cheaper than anywhere else I had tried to get them done from. Because of how many shirts we were getting she gave the brides shirts free with the added glitter. I don't think I would have been able to get 20 different shirt designs printed for the budget I had anywhere else. I'm really happy with their service and product and will definitely be back. read more

We have been using Tees and More for over 4 years. Jennifer and Barb are very knowledgeable and so help full when it comes to picking out a design. The whole team working behind the scenes are all so helpful. When placing a shirt order if there is a price break, they mention it to me and if I can adjust an order to receive an addition price break, I would do that. they always think of their customers first. read more

I'm a very happy customer! After an online inquiry and a rush order, I've received my shirts with high satisfaction. I worked with Jennifer, and she did an amazing job working with my time crunch and my wishing for my shirts. I felt like the customer service was amazing and do a well job on meeting your needs. They are fairly priced, for two shirts and rushing my order, I paid about $55 which I thought was a good deal considering I needed my shirts within 3 days. I definitely recommend this place for all your t-short printing needs! read more

Jennifer was great to work with and did a fantastic job of putting my idea to art on a special shirt I had made for my my Mom who recently battled colon cancer! The only reason why I gave them four stars is due to their office hours not being very convenient for working people. They are only open Mon-Fri until 5. With my work schedule, I was unable to make it to their office and everything was designed by phone and email. Otherwise, this place is a gem! read more

I needed a small number of shirts quickly. When I went in, I received great customer service, and was tended to with patience as I did not have a design already. Poor customer service. I brought a shirt in to have lettering placed on it in a certain font. Instead of trying to be helpful, the first thing I was asked was, "How am I supposed to find this font?" I felt like I was definitely more of a bother than a customer. The employee then took a phone call while scrolling through "fonts" on the computer and just appeared thoroughly annoyed. Clearly, my request was not worth her time so I got up and left and will not be back. Note to Tees and More - it's not a good idea to humiliate or embarrass your customers. read more

Never in all of the leagues my children have participated in or all of the companies I've worked for or planned an event for, have I ever encountered such an epic delay of goods. We ordered shirts and hats before our sons 1st game over a month & a half ago and just received shirts this Friday, hats are not even done & the boys only have 2 games left! What a colossal waste of money & time! Any other printer in town would have had these done in two weeks or less. Also apparently they came up with the pricing on THEIR items for those of us in the league then demanded more $$ after the order was placed! Stay away from this company! Call Embroaderme!! read more

I have used Barb MANY times over the past 5 yrs or so. She is the BEST!!!!!! I have gone in with just an idea and Barb has made it "alive" and even better than what I was thinking. She has customized at least a dozen different shirts for me at the drop of a hat. She has gone out of her way making suggestions for every project I have taken in. And this is not to mention all the freebies I have heard that Tees ad More do for various Veterans groups and charities. I have never experienced just excellent attention and customer service in any store! Love this place!!!! read more

Tees and More just finished my Companies new shirts. I have been wanting to do this for several months now and have not been able to find a reliable and affordable company to help us with this need. I will be using Tees and More coming up soon for more printing needs and will continue to refer this great company. read more

Horrible, horrible would not go there ever again..... before I went and found The shirts I wanted I asked them if they could do it they said yes no problem.I told her that I was in a time crunch for them to be done she said in one a day she could have them done I told her that wasn't necessary they had like four days. I called the day before we needed them to see if they're done she said no it's a lot of work you know.. (How would I know how much work it is. it's not what I do?)I thought just to put a few names on at angle it's like she was irritated with me because of the shirts why did she say she could do the job no problem if it was a problem to her?like I said before I went and bought the shirts I showed them a picture of what I wanted. The shirts were never finished correctly picked up anyways because we needed them for our event and as I was picking them up was told the iron on stuff they put on may come off and to be careful (I was like what?)You have got to be kidding me. Why would I pay $30 to you per shirt for something to come right off. Well it didn't luckily it lasted. Would've been nice to know that before I had them done there. read more
