Fast processing of order - placed on Wednesday, picked up on Friday (with special order shirt colors even). Even though it was not printed exactly as specified at first, they quickly corrected the mistake and we still had the shirts in time for the weekend hike! I agree with other negative reviews, i was subjected to the same poor service but i also witnessed how rude both of these lady's are when customers questioned ANYTHING that was wrong with their orders! I should have gone elsewhere right away (which is what i ended up doing) but i had already ordered, NOT ONE THING was right!!! i am not kidding... and of course i knew better than to say a thing, i now have a new box of expensive rags. Don't waist your money or your time on this terrible business, oh ya they are not open on Saturday, what a joke! It must be an absentee owner.... or very poor judgment running this place. read more

For my first company order it was $1384.06. Ten hats had the wrong color on them and instead of the owner Jennifer simply saying OK bring them in and we can see what we might be able to do, she got defensive and argumentative. Why. I am new business owner and I am trying to establish my printing company. Plus they will nickel and dime you on everything, do your research and get at least 3 quotes it would have saved me over $500.00, and that can be a ton of money for a new start up. Well, Jennifer simply because of your rude combatant attitude I will be taking my business elsewhere. Last October, I went in and explained to Barb that I was only in town for the week and was there any way to rush my order of two tee shirts. Not only did she do them while I waited, she had great ideas and suggestions for the font style and size. One of the tees had a message that may offend some people (regarding my feelings toward cancer), and I wasn't sure if she would make it. She didn't bat a lash. I questioned her why she was agreeable to it. She explained I am not a child, trying to shock .And, I had modified the word sufficiently enough with the use of an asterisk instead of a vowel that she was comfortable doing it. A couple of days later, I came in to get another tee made, for my friend's husband. Again, she rushed it through. The next month, when I was back in town for another week, I had yet another one made for my niece's husband. It seems they have a rather large inventory of basic tees on hand for small, rush orders. Skip this location, there customer service is worse then their eyesight. I asked to have a logo printed onto my shirt using vinyl. The lady needed to replace the font on the logo because it was not well suited for printing. She simply wrote in red over the existing logo to give me an idea of what it will look like (the original font was white). I said the font was good and proceeded with my day. When I got the shirts back the font was completely skewed off to the right unlike the original font I had placed. I asked the lady if they can correct their mistake and her response was, "I pressed center on the computer therefore its centered and you approved it". A blind man could see that it was not centered. Even a TINY bit of common sense and attention to detail would have resolved this issue before the T-shirt hit the press. I just ASSUMED that she was going to properly center the TEMPORARY font she had written onto my logo on top of the previous font which was still underneath. Additionally with the original Font still visible underneath the 2 fonts were clashing at the time at which we discussed the font and therefore it was difficult to gauge the centering, like I said I assumed wrongly that something like centering 1 line of font was within their common skillset. Not only did I waste the $40 on the shirts but I also wasted $35 on the 2 shirts to be printed. Save to say I will NOT be returning. read more

Took several Polo shirts to get my company logo embroidered and found they sold the same brand cheaper than I paid online. The quality of their work was excellent and completed the job sooner than expected. Definitely will continue doing business with them. read more

I'm not a person that spends a lot of time writing reviews as I often find better things to do with my time but I feel I must share my extreme satisfaction with the service and quality of work I received from this place. I had circumstances that required special attention and Taylor and Jenn bent over backwards to accommodate my request when three other places I visited denied my needs. I can honestly say that they saved my project when I was ready to give up trying to get it done. I appreciate the attention I received. These guys really do care about others needs. I called to get some information on screen printing a few shirts, and they made me feel like an idiot for not knowing the process. Apparently you need to be an expert on screen printing to use this business. Terrible customer service in general, and they obviously don't need new business as it seemed I was inconveniencing them by asking a few questions. read more

Horrible customer service. When I came in they were arguing with another customer saying they were wrong. I stuck around for a few minutes then left because it was uncomfortable. I called about 30 minutes later and asked Tara about an order I wanted to place. She said it could be done but she was with a customer and too busy to take the order over the phone so email it to her. The next day I called to check and see if she received the email she said order could not be done and acted like I was asking something crazy ( one shirt to be done in 2 days time) even though she said it would be fine the day before. She argued everything I said. If she is not the owner then she is making the owner look really bad. I withdrew my order and will not return. read more

I have used Tees and More a handful of times and I am saddened to share that the customer service experience is far below anything I have ever experienced with any business before. I am not one to complain about much but the experiences which I hoped would improve each time left me wondering how in the world a business could survive with such employees. Barb made the best attempt at correcting problems with my orders, however, Tara and Jennifer were always rude and condescending although the mistakes made were of their own error. Hopefully management will realize the importance of good customer service and bring in some employees that genuinely care about the business and its customers. read more

A year ago I walked into this store and paid to have a number put on the back and soccer league logo put on the front of my sons soccer goalkeeper jersey. In less than a week I got it back, exactly as ordered and the price was good. The number and logo are still in excellent condition 1 year later, nothing coming off. This year I went back with a newly purchased goalkeeper jersey, same style as last years. This time I wanted some tweaks to give it a more official look. Our colors are white & royal blue, my sons goalkeeper jersey is royal blue all over except for the front where it fades into light green from the chest down. I wanted the number white (last year it was green) and as close to the actual size/font as his official team jersey, and the logo a little larger, just like his official team jersey. The lady I dealt with scanned in the number from the official jersey, and measured/adjusted size of logo. She realized there was a correction on the price from last year (it was cheaper now), and I was out of there in under 15 minutes. That was a Friday morning. I got a call the following Monday afternoon that it was done. It looks great, making my sons goalkeeper jersey look like an official part of his uniform. Thank you!! read more

I took a tee shirt into this business that I had done and asked if they would be able to do the picture and lettering. Barb told me that since the tee shirt was only 50% cotton it would be better for me to do the picture myself. I asked if the pictures should be put on before the lettering. Barb said that would be fine as they would protect it. I returned with 7 shirts the following day, lettering was selected and the shirts surprisingly were done it less then 24 hours. I happily left only to get home and see that two of the seven shirts had the picture melted and destroyed. Upon calling the older man told me that it was basically not their fault the material was inferior,etc. So I had to ask for a refund for those two shirts, he offered nothing until I asked. Upon this I was told I would need to return to the shop and he would refund the money. NEVER, was there an apology or acceptance of any blame on the shops part. My goodness, it is a tee shirt, do the correct thing, take blame and apologize. I will not return. read more
