This review has been a couple years in the making. I've given this company relatively 5 chances over the course of nearly a decade to change my mind when it comes to customer service or user friendliness. These people are neither of those in the slightest. Going in with a pretentious and presumptuous attitude that any customer that walks in already came in with a bachelors degree in design.
And it shows in their tone and body language when you book an initial consultation, looking down on you in a condescending tone that a laymen customer should have already known the required steps.
Now with myself not having a background in design, this prompted me to go onto various Youtube tutorials, and even purchase some Adobe software in the effort to try and be complicit with their process. But to no avail.
Any time that I thought I've gotten the steps right when I re-approached them, I'm hit with another stumbling block, preventing me from ever going past just the consultation alone!
Whether it be the format you submit it in, how big or small the lettering should be, how detailed, how bold, how transparent. It seems these people are not just limited in their levels of empathy, but limited in their versatility as well!
Now despite all this... I still recommended this business to friends who need some work done.
Why? I support local business, I believe these people have families to feed. And I'm one of those people who believes even though certain places haven't worked in my favor, doesn't mean they won't work for others, right?
I was wrong. Having had some buddies go in there recently and met with the same poor customer service, and then calling me about how to weave through their process, leads me to the conclusion that these people are just not worth anyones time.
A company should not make their customers feel
stupid or inadequate because they are not proficient in the field that they themselves are in.
Now as much as I would love to see this business go under through a good old fashioned boycott and let the free market do it's thing. I really hope this review acts as a wake-up call for them to get their act together.
I hope that this review deters anyone without and MBA in Design to ever step foot in this place to save some oxygen for the damn planet
And I hope that whatever trial in each of their personal lives that causes their hearts to be cold & bitter gets alleviated... So that they can be shown some human decency and hopefully share that unto the customers whom they serve. read more
