Was met with resistance and frustration by Jenny when asking about my order. I was met with little help. She told me there were o oh 5 orders done and 50 still needing to be done. This is a school uniform order and I reminded her school starts tomorrow. She told me she knows. I dropped my order off 12 days ago. I was told it's a two week turn around and that was that. Unfortunately when dropping off I was told they should have it done the day before school starts. They never seem to get their stuff together. It's frankly embarrassing for them. read more

Not too pleased here. Messaged them through FB on embroidery and instead of telling me on FB that they have backed up orders until Jan 8th they suggested I come in and talk about it. Couple days and 30min drive over, they tell me they're backed up right away and have no wiggle room. I feel like they almost had an attitude of "I hope you don't want to do it because we're too busy to help you" type of deal. Little did they know - my 4 jackets I was bringing in had 40 more behind it for my company & reoccurring month over month orders. Rude service, inconvenient suggestions, and unfortunate outcome. The shop ruined my $350 leather vest that I had dropped off to have patches sewn on. They couldn't see on the patches I wanted on the front, because it would close up my inside pockets. Though they knew this, they still used sewing pins to place the patches in the locations that I had wanted them to be placed, through my leather and ruining my vest. When I brought it up to the owner, she said that the holes would close up, which is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. Everyone knows the holes actually get bigger in time. I would never recommend this shop. Find somewhere else yo Ho if you need things sewn. For somebody who is in the embroidery and sewing business, their disregard for my vest is absolutely unacceptable. And then to tell me the holes will close up, speaking to me as if I was stupid. I had All things Embroidered put my logo in some shirts and a jacket. My logo is not easy to stitch the size I wanted so they made several samples of what they could do for me. When I found one I was happy with they found ways to make it even better. I am a pretty cheap guy so I bought the shirts & Jacket somewhere else and just paid for them to embroider them. WOW, I could not be happier with the quality. I have washed the shirts several times and the stitching looks like new. I would not hesitate to go to them again, in fact it is likely I will be having some lighter weight shirts made up for this summer soon. read more

So after some delay, of course, I finally wandered in to see what she had in action. My niche as an exterminator is UV light scorpion control. Turns out she carries glow in the dark thread. So I had my logo put on some caps. I was mostly impressed by her initiative (and of course the quality of the finished item). I shared her excitement as she told me what she could do with my branding, which shows some passion, not only for her work, but in representing her clients to the best of her wares and ability. I can't say enough good things about Jenny Oaks and the staff of All Things Embroidered. They are a joy to work with! I first went to Jenny in late September with a rush situation. I not only needed some shirts embroidered for a trade show, I needed the logo digitized for stitching. There was nobody else in the east valley that would even consider doing the work, based on my time schedule of approx. 3 days. Although the shop was obviously busy, Jenny took a lot of time with me discussing the logo requirements, changing the letter sizing, selecting the appropriate thread, etc. We went through several revisions, which she "stitched out" each time for me to review. Once we settled on the final image, the work was completed a day ahead of initial schedule. As if that was not enough terrific service, she refused any expediting or rush fee. I offered several times, as a business owner myself I know what it is like to drop everything you are doing for that customer who planned poorly, yet she declined. The work was perfect and I have already gone back to All Things Embroidered a second time. I have also recommended them several times to colleagues who have asked about embroidery services. My son went to All Things Embroidered to ask for a discounted rate to embroider 55 stockings for my son's Eagle Project to send oversees to a Blackhawks troop in Afghanistan for Christmas. She not only did them all for free, the quality was incredible and she had them done very quickly. My son is so excited about his project and the stockings with the soldier's names on them.
