This embroidery shop did a fabulous job with our birthday gift men's apron. He will love his gift. Thank you Alena. read more

Staff was great and very helpful - quick turnaround time on custom work. End product left alot to be desired unfortunately. Stitching was not crisp or evenly spaced. Not sure if it was because it was a car floor mat that didn't allow for precise stitching or what the issue was. They assured me they would have no problem doing the work, but somewhere along the way it came out a little sloppy and not precise. read more

Got my kids uniform embroidered here and the lady at the front that helped us was super sweet and helpful. She even offered my keys some lollipops. Shirts were done in a timely manner about 2 weeks and they were nicely done! I love supporting locals with great customer service :) read more

All Things Embroidered - Quilt I made with all the families names and birthdays. Thank you All Things Embroidered!! - Embroidery & Crochet Near Me - Gilbert, Arizona

I walked in and was Greeted by Jenny. I had ideas but she had great suggestions. I had 3 items I wanted to have embroidered as gifts and I am so darn happy with my items. They sent me previews of what my items would look like and fabulous communication. Items were done before they said they would. (Needed one as Bday gift) I highly recommend All things Embroidered! Great experience and Fantastic work! read more

Excellent experience!!! They embroidered my horse's name on her blanket and it turned out beautifully! And took less than a week! I'll definitely be back! read more

I have now placed four orders over the past year, and not only has everything turned out incredible, every order was completed early. They were transparent about limitations such as size, location, and character count for a mass order, with each jacket being different. Consistent communication and even fixed a jacket that I had the spelling incorrect on with no additional fee. read more

SO happy I found this little shop! They did a beautiful job on the blanket that I took to them. When I brought it in, I had no idea what I wanted and they were so patient and provided suggestions until we found just the right design. I am so happy with the work. I just created what will be a very special Christmas present for less than I would have spent on something impersonal. I am going to embroider everything from now on! read more

I researched several Embroidery shops to help me with 9 beach towels for a 50th birthday weekend. I am so glad I found this small business! They were VERY helpful with guiding me on the font to the colors of the names I wanted embroidered on the beach towels. AND the job was even done earlier than they said it would be. I would absolutely recommend them and refer anyone looking for embroidery work and will use them in the future for any other projects. The girls LOVED their towels! Thank you for great customer service and work! read more

Turned in all our school uniform shirts to be embroidered. We were told they would be done the day before school starts. The lady that took our order even joked with my husband about how many orders they had, but they could handle it even though there's only two people working there. Now it's the day before school starts and they said the order will be ready next week! Don't promise what you can't deliver. read more

Had a few things done and they came out absolutely beautiful. The ladies were very helpful and had great suggestions for what I had done!! I will definitely tell my friends and will be having more things done with them.. read more

Was met with resistance and frustration by Jenny when asking about my order. I was met with little help. She told me there were o oh 5 orders done and 50 still needing to be done. This is a school uniform order and I reminded her school starts tomorrow. She told me she knows. I dropped my order off 12 days ago. I was told it's a two week turn around and that was that. Unfortunately when dropping off I was told they should have it done the day before school starts. They never seem to get their stuff together. It's frankly embarrassing for them. read more

I had All things Embroidered put my logo in some shirts and a jacket. My logo is not easy to stitch the size I wanted so they made several samples of what they could do for me. When I found one I was happy with they found ways to make it even better. I am a pretty cheap guy so I bought the shirts & Jacket somewhere else and just paid for them to embroider them. WOW, I could not be happier with the quality. I have washed the shirts several times and the stitching looks like new. I would not hesitate to go to them again, in fact it is likely I will be having some lighter weight shirts made up for this summer soon. read more

Came in to see about getting a couple of my Golf Bags (Staff Bag Style) embroidered with a very cool font I had seen. The "Disney" font looks absolutely amazing on my staff bags. I dropped them off on Tuesday and got a call on Wednesday that they were done! When I dropped them off I figured they would be done on Friday. Under promised and over delivered! Way too go! I will definetely keep coming back to see Jenny and her business for all my needs. I'm a manager for the PGA Tour Superstore and will definetely forward business her way whenever the opportunity presents itself. read more

All Things Embroidered - The embroidered bags turned out awesome! Thanks again! - Embroidery & Crochet Near Me - Gilbert, Arizona

Not too pleased here. Messaged them through FB on embroidery and instead of telling me on FB that they have backed up orders until Jan 8th they suggested I come in and talk about it. Couple days and 30min drive over, they tell me they're backed up right away and have no wiggle room. I feel like they almost had an attitude of "I hope you don't want to do it because we're too busy to help you" type of deal. Little did they know - my 4 jackets I was bringing in had 40 more behind it for my company & reoccurring month over month orders. Rude service, inconvenient suggestions, and unfortunate outcome. Good luck to whomever owns this business. read more

Jenny Oaks, at All Things Embroidered, actually approached me at a Gilbert Small Business Alliance networking event and after finding out what I do for a living, shared with me some of the things that she has and can do to help me brand my business. So after some delay, of course, I finally wandered in to see what she had in action. My niche as an exterminator is UV light scorpion control. Turns out she carries glow in the dark thread. So I had my logo put on some caps. I was mostly impressed by her initiative (and of course the quality of the finished item). I shared her excitement as she told me what she could do with my branding, which shows some passion, not only for her work, but in representing her clients to the best of her wares and ability. I can't wait to figure out nifty new ways to integrate the "glow" thread into my business apparel. read more

All of the staff including the owner make you feel so welcome. They do an amazing job on embroidery. The shop ruined my $350 leather vest that I had dropped off to have patches sewn on. They couldn't see on the patches I wanted on the front, because it would close up my inside pockets. Though they knew this, they still used sewing pins to place the patches in the locations that I had wanted them to be placed, through my leather and ruining my vest. When I brought it up to the owner, she said that the holes would close up, which is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. Everyone knows the holes actually get bigger in time. I would never recommend this shop. Find somewhere else yo Ho if you need things sewn. For somebody who is in the embroidery and sewing business, their disregard for my vest is absolutely unacceptable. And then to tell me the holes will close up, speaking to me as if I was stupid. Stay away. read more

First time coming. The lady took my order was amazing, super sweet and helpful. I came back for items and the lady (not the same person) was awfully rude. Literally raising her voice asking about my items. As I was a bother to her. Very unpleasant visit. read more

I had an ivory robe embroidered on the back. I went to a couple different places before this but was happy with the font choices and turn around time here. It came out great and the only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because it came back with what appears to be a small pen mark on it. I'm hoping it comes out with some tide or stain remover! read more

wow! The people here are amazing. They are so helpful and delightful. I took a delicate irish linen handkerchief to be embroidered as a gift for my mother on her wedding day. I can't say enough good things about Jenny Oaks and the staff of All Things Embroidered. They are a joy to work with! I first went to Jenny in late September with a rush situation. I not only needed some shirts embroidered for a trade show, I needed the logo digitized for stitching. There was nobody else in the east valley that would even consider doing the work, based on my time schedule of approx. 3 days. Although the shop was obviously busy, Jenny took a lot of time with me discussing the logo requirements, changing the letter sizing, selecting the appropriate thread, etc. We went through several revisions, which she "stitched out" each time for me to review. Once we settled on the final image, the work was completed a day ahead of initial schedule. As if that was not enough terrific service, she refused any expediting or rush fee. I offered several times, as a business owner myself I know what it is like to drop everything you are doing for that customer who planned poorly, yet she declined. The work was perfect and I have already gone back to All Things Embroidered a second time. I have also recommended them several times to colleagues who have asked about embroidery services. Do not hesitate to work with Jenny and her crew! read more

Jenny is AMAZING! I had a terrible experience with another embroidery company and I came to All Things Embroidered with a huge order and full of anxiety that it could not be done. Jenny went above and beyond for me. She took the time to make sure all of my colors, font and logos were exactly what I wanted and then completed my huge order in a very short time. She kept me up to date with everything. My jackets came out better than I even thought possible. I can't say enough good things about my experience. read more

My son went to All Things Embroidered to ask for a discounted rate to embroider 55 stockings for my son's Eagle Project to send oversees to a Blackhawks troop in Afghanistan for Christmas. I recently had a few things embroidered and felt it was such a good experience, I should share.

Found All Thing Embroidered by luck. The service and quality of work was beyond excellent. I brought in 3 chef coats to get names put on them and they turned out beautiful. More than I expected and at a reasonable price. I personally think they under charge for the work they do but I am not complaining. I will be taking more items to get embroidered. I won't go anywhere else. read more
