The prices are on par with the hobby and you can definitely find materials for cheap projects (acrylic) up to luxury yarns like alpaca.

The person behind the counter didn't speak to me hardly at all, which is something I have grown to expect at most LYS. Some friendly banter about what I'm making with the yarn or something like that, not a major thing but it made me feel a little awkward not really being spoken to whatsoever. It has a dedicated parking lot in back which is wonderful for the location. I hope to see it thrive, but I might continue going to different yarn stores that have a bit of a warmer reception.

I run a youth sports league and had a company scheduled for a month and a half to come out to our games on opening day to heat press the kids names on their jerseys. The day before our opening day, which was yesterday, he canceled on me. This was going to be devastating to the kids not to mention make us look bad for not delivering on what we had been telling our registrants. Between my husband and I we called appx 50 places with everyone saying it was just too short of notice. (Rightfully so) but not Bryant. He didn't reply until the next day with a very informal email, "how soon do you want them?" I replied within 1 minute. He didn't reply. I sent another email a couple hours later asking what the update was. Still within business hours. The weekend passed I figured they were closed and I'd get a reply on Monday. I emailed him once again, no response. It is Tuesday night, and I haven't even received an apology, or a simple "hey man we can't fulfill your request." I'm not one to leave reviews usually, but I hope this motivates them to building better rapport with future clients. We were able to select our fragrances and colors for our soap and I loved that we had a little pumpkin mold tray for the upcoming Halloween season.
