BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE. Took in Brand New Sferra sheets for monogramming. Went to office, physically showed Neil how top sheet folds back (both sides are finished for this purpose.). First top sheet returned with monogram upside down, with a pen stain. Then second top sheet returned with wrong color thread - took months to correct. Still have perforations in brand new sheets from where upside down monogram was removed and greenish stain where pen mark was scrubbed out. Neil NEVER offered to refund cost of "monogram" or replace sheet. read more

I dropped off a vintage Arizona state baseball jersey for name and number. (#2 Pedroia) They were pleasant to deal with - but the work took a little longer than expected. I was out of town when the jersey was finished so I sent a friend to pick it up. The jersey couldn't be found so I was told the finished product would be shipped via FEDEX. Great experience with Psycho Jock on my low volume order. They make good on the customer service claim that they service "needs as small as 1 hat, to 5,000 shirts", as I only wanted two shirts done, and they treated me as if I was getting 200 hundred. Neal is awesome. He listened to what I was looking for and his communication was fast and professional. The whole thing, from first communication to finish was done in around a week, which met our extremely tight deadlines. I had never had embroidery of our logo done, and Neal created sew-outs in two sizes so I could pick the best one for my project. We selected the one that met our needs, and the final product turned out great. Very proud of the shirts that Psycho Jock created for us. Can't wait for our next trade show when I can show them off. I highly recommend you seek out any other company. Met with the Owner on Aug 4th to get Shirts / Hats made for our new Company. It is now Sept 22nd and hasn't delivered. Many emails from him apologizing and will be done in next few days. 10 days will go by, of course many emails from me with zero response. He did deliver 4 of the near 25 shirts ordered and logo was wrong in which he blamed me after sending me a review. 2 hats were delivered with small logo rather than matching the exact sample I brought him. Again he blamed me as it was a patch i showed him not embroidery. One would think if you bring a sample he will match and copy the sample or tell you he cant do it. He had the Logo Jpeg, zero ownership in the mistakes, blamed me for not double checking the proofs, which I did accept I trusted the ability to take my logo directly and put on shirt. The owner has a poor attitude, poorer customer service and clearly runs a poor business. Charged extremely high price to "Logo set up" etc... I have already had to use a new vendor as my team is not brand compliant. Again save your self the trouble now and use someone else. read more

DO NOT use this company! I run a small non profit, no kill cat rescue, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization where every penny matters because it's going towards saving the lives of homeless cats and kittens. I had been getting my marketing products from Psycho Jock for several years, there was always a delay, or something wrong with the order, but not enough for me to look elsewhere. However, in May of 2022, I ordered $1500 worth of merchandise, by October I had not received my order. After multiple emails and phone calls to get a refund, all that were ignored by the owner and the point of contact (Neal), I finally got a response. I was told I'd have my refunds within 2 days. Two weeks later nothing, even after emailing and calling again and again, no credit back on my card. I finally had to work with my credit card company and file a claim to get my money! A lot of time wasted. Awful company, if you order from them you will regret it. They will take your money and NOT give you your product. read more

My buddy told me this place was expensive but they did good work so I figured I'd give them a call. Here's how it went: 1, Called at 2 pm Phoenix time on Tuesday- No answer. Left a message. No call back from them. 2. Called them again at 10 am Wed. morning-guy answers, doesn't give his name, has an arrogant tone in his voice. Me: "Hi, I have 9 pieces I need to get embroidered-7 shirts embroidered, 2 screenprint, 1 hat" Him: (After a weird pause) "so what are you looking to do?" Um, didn't I just tell you that?? Is this guy even listening? Me: "I'm looking to get them embroidered" Him: "well we don't screen print for 2 pieces, we have a 12 piece minimum" Me: "Ok, so, a 12 minimum for everything or just the screenprint?" Him: says "No, for the 2 shirts" Me: "Ok-so you'll embroidery the 7 but wont screen print the 2?" Him: "Right" Me: "can you embroider the 2 dri-fit shirts then?" Him: (another weird pause) "yeah we can do that" Me: "ok, whats the cost?" Him: "8 dollars" Me: "Per shirt?" Him: "right" Me: "ok, is that it?"" Him: "that's it" Me: "Ok, whats the normal turnaround on a job like this?" Him: "about 3/4 days" Me: "Ok, thanks" Him: "You're welcome" End call I made a couple calls to other companies and the people I talked to all said there was a set up fee for the logo, so I call this psycho jock back to ask what the set up fee was and got his voicemail again. Here's the deal-Maybe this guy was having a bad/busy day, maybe that's just his personality. I'm seeing rave reviews here so maybe it's me, but I'm pretty sure I did nothing to upset this guy-the call transcript above is PRECISELY how the call went-no exaggeration. I'm trying to get info and I still don't have all the info to decide to bring this guy my shirts. I would prefer to use him because he is the closest but I find his communication style and attitude are not condusive to motivating me to use him at all. I would have given all the info he needed to make the decision-I still don't know his set up fee and given that Ive gotten his voicemail 2 out of 3 calls, I really don't feel like waiting to catch him, knowing he wont call me back-so what? I have to chase this guy around to ask a question? Hire a C/S person dude, your attitude and biz skills suck to say the least. I have no clue how youre in biz. I NEVER!!!! experienced such bad service, they were rude, dishonest, and unprofessional. They kept promising phone calls but it was obvious they were stalling and were not willing or ready to do the job for me and charged me for the artwork TWICE so they could have it "in screenprint format for their art department" while it was in the correct program. They obviously don't know what they're doing design-wise - I gave them the logo in a high res photoshop file and a PDF if needed. I'm in graphic design and this shouldn't have been a problem. This job was a small one but they don't realize that their reputation will prevent me or anyone I know from sending them more business. Very upset and disappointed plus they gave me my stuff in a box not even folded just like it was a box to deliver to the goodwill! Then when we had to redo the job they didn't care while I bought my own shirts because their catalog sizing was wrong and stood in their office for one hour while their "art department" would check if they could redo it. He emailed me sample before and when I asked to see other designs he was quick to respond. The 5 star comes from how he handled an issue we had. Psycho Jock goes above and beyond again! This is the second year that I received approximately two days notice to get a pillowcase embroideried for my daughters school event. Last year as I walked into Psycho Jock with one days notice I was sure they weren't going to be able to help me, or that they would charge me an arm and leg, but neither were the case. Dan was so nice and helpful, I knew I would be giving him all my business from then out. This year with short notice yet again, Psycho Jock was just as accommodating. When I went in to pick up my order the next day I was told that the pillowcase I was emoriodering had a small rip in it so they went out and purchased me a new one!
