Since I had my logo file, John printed each option, temporarily placed them on sample hats, and let me take photos. That made it simple to share with my group before deciding. Claim to be custom embroidery experts but can't even see/understand a simple color clash... then say they're going to do absolutely nothing about it. Go to someone who knows what they're doing, there's plenty of embroidery companies that want to see returning customers. Will be cancelling our current order and never using them again.
