David of Alpha Creations fits the bill. Even though his daughter has graduated, and I will be at another school in the Fall, I will continue to turn to him for all of my award needs. David has an incredible selection of awards, ribbons, corporate gifts and more. If you don't see what you're looking for, just ask, because he will order what you need and have it to you on time. Unlike another local company I have used in the past, everything I or my school has ordered from them has been set straight and spelled correctly. He is also great at making suggestions and proactive when something is back ordered. I had a piece that was really important to my organization back ordered before my convention, and they looked for and found a nearly identical symbol that I actually ended up liking even better. Their prices are very competitive, and you just can't beat the friendly and professional service.

They couldn't find my order in their computer even though both shirts were bought directly from them by me and they made me feel like I was trying to pull a fast one on them. Then they dismissed the wear on the shirts and said they are not responsible for wear and tear. These shirts were visibly different and bought at the same time!! That goes to show you the quality and customer service. They charge for shipping no matter how much your order is and they don't do preorder pickup. They have really odd hours that don't accommodate most working parents. Overall bad experience with them.

We have started ordering all of our promotional items from Shirtail including mirrors, tumblers, koozies and pens. Our experience has been so great that we are now ordering all of our embroidered polos for our management team and all of our screen printed shirts and hats for our crews from Shirtail. They offer a great selection of quality brands and styles. Every order has been processed promptly and with the utmost attention to detail. They go above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. For example, we hired a new director on a Tuesday and I needed a 2XL embroidered shirt for a meeting on Thursday afternoon. Shirtail had the shirt ready for us Wednesday afternoon!!! It's that kind of dedication to customer service that keeps us coming back. The team at Shirtail is prompt, courteous, innovative and pleasure to work with.

I spent ample time on the phone with Cory explaining what I wanted/needed and even emailed pictures of examples with descriptions. Days go by and I get an email from a guy named Brandon saying to call him to talk about my needs. So I call, and I'll admit I waited about a week to call because I was slammed with work. But regardless, when I called, Brandon basically asked me "Hey so what exactly is it you want" I responded with, "are you kidding me?" I asked him if he had bothered to take a look at the emails I had sent Cory and talked to Cory. He said Cory never sent him the emails- he was clueless. I told him to take a look and contact me once he had. Again, days go by. So I call Cory because I have his number saved. I ask the status of everything and he says hes not sure. At that point I told him that they had officially lost a customer, and one who would have been a lifetime customer if all had gone well, because I am located just minutes away from them, and my company is growing and growing. I went in the next day to grab the things I'd dropped off to be embroidered which ALSO weren't done even though we had agreed on a cursive font together! Brandon was there and I told him the same thing, that they had just lost a lifelong customer, and told him I was going to leave a bad review, unless he wanted to bribe me out of it and win my loyalty back by having everything done immediately. He didn't even care. Apparently they must be rollin in the dough, doing well in life and not need the work- that or they're just lazy. Probably lazy. Enjoy the mediocre life fellas.
