LeeAnn is awesome. I stumbled upon this place on Yelp, and I decided to give them a shot. They've been super easy and convenient to work with and are very communicative. So far they've done some embroidery for us on polos, and it looks great and they did it at a very fair price and in a very timely manner. Now they have our logo on file, so it's super convenient because we can just cruise in there, drop off our items, and they get done in a very timely manner.

I'm so impressed with the quality and care everyone at Master At Threads put into my order. They went above and beyond to get the Mountain View JV boys basketball team their backpacks embroidered and ready for their first game!

I came here due to my old embroidery shop closing after COVID. Cheap quality embroidery to the point of being almost threadbare, in addition to being the WRONG COLOR! Not only that, but the cost was 3x what I expected and it was never mentioned upfront. Overall, extremely disappointed. read more

I am using Master at Threads to do hats for a memorial trip I have coming up! I am pleasantly surprised how fair in pricing they are! I thought I was going to do a basic design that would take 10 minutes to set up but plans changed. I have been working with Seth and I think I've asked him to rework my design 46 different times because I keep thinking of more things..! He has been more than accommodating to my obnoxious picky needs and changes. More businesses like this should give their customers the time of day to get the design they want. Not only did they get it done for me early but the lady there took her time to show me how it would look so that it was exactly what I wanted. I had not great experiences at the Phoenix sewing multi-brand store (not Mulqueen or Bernina). I had said I wanted to stay under $1k and had received the most appalled reaction and customer service. Contrast to Mulqueen. Walk in, all the machines are on & ready to play with. I had called to check availability of a few models and chose this location over tempe based on machines on the floor. I brought scraps with me & set to testing but was quickly confused by some of the buttons. A woman appeared right about that time, sat down next to me and walked me through it. Keep in mind this was a $500 machine not $3k or something. She even suggested a less expensive version next to it often used in their classes (Janome) ultimately decided this was too basic & I missed computerized so she walked me to the Juki I requested next & I quickly set to work testing it. This particular model (hzl f600) was over m y budget but I knew the basic functionality was similar to the ones I was considering. Absolutely loved it! Denim, slippery rayon, no issues. She said you know we might have this used. She walked me to the oasis of used/refurb machines. They had every machine I was considering-available used/refurb and under $1k!! I ultimately got the f600 used -could not be happier-and saved enough to buy way more fabric than I need. My only complaint is we need a location in Phoenix or Scottsdale!!!! The gentleman in the refurb area was also super helpful answering questions the woman couldn't (she had long gray hair but didn't catch a name). Well worth the 35 minute drive & seriously only place I will go for machines.

So I drove over an hour to get to the store to take it in and Ronnie the repair tech told me it would cost 179$ for a tech to look at the machine plus any additional cost of parts. So a classic bait and switch! Do not go there for repairs unless you your fine with a 179$ minimum cost!

When I called to tell them about it, their return calls were considerably slower in coming. Since they are located close to where I live, I drove there and took the shirt with me. The owner, Steve, was very nice and said he would take care of getting me a replacement shirt. That was back in September. I've been calling and leaving messages but NONE of my calls have been returned. I just drove to their shop again, and sure enough - that suite is EMPTY. So now I'm out the almost $30 for my shirt (what would have been my favorite) and I have to shop around again for another business to take care of our next order. It's terribly disappointing to work with someone that comes across as being so nice to find out they can pull something like this. If there's a good reason for what's happened, I can be very understanding. BUT AT LEAST RETURN MY CALLS and let me know what's happening! What a let down!
