AMAZING!! I had such a wonderful experience with Melodee at Twisted Stitches. I needed towels embroidered for a bridal shower for my close friend, and since I had received her invitation 2 weeks later than I should have, I needed a really fast turnaround with these embroidered towels. Melodee was incredibly accommodating and flexible with timing. I called her on Thursday evening, and was meeting with her in her office early Friday morning, well before she was scheduled to open. She allowed me to wait in her office while she worked so that I didn't have to make another trip back to pick up the towels. I wasn't exactly sure how I wanted the embroidery to look. I knew I wanted my friend's initials in cursive. Melodee helped me with the creative design and was able to find a font I was really happy with. She printed several samples so that I could see what it would look like before committing to a design. She was extremely patient with me, and clearly understood that this was a big decision for me. She genuinely cared about creating a quality product that I would be happy with. Pricing was extremely reasonable. I will definitely recommend her to friends and hope to be coming back. Overall such a pleasant experience to work with her and I am so happy with how the towels turned out. read more
