I had 13 beach towels i wanted to have names embroidered on for my bachelorette party as gifts…read more When i brought the towels in the girl in the office was very friendly and showed me all the different colors the names could be printed on and helped me pick out 3 bright colors (grey towels) they they had me pick a font and printed out one of the names and showed me what i would look like on the towel. They were patient with me and let me make the size bigger/smaller to my liking. And they had it done in just a week! The price was great! (7.50 per towel...other quotes i got were 10-12 per towel). I will definitely be going back for all my future embroidery needs! Called them and told them what I wanted concerning SEO and online marketing. They asked me to come…read moreinside for a consultation which I did. I was EXTREMELY impressed that what I walked into was that, a consultation, not a sales meeting "gosh those get old real fast"! I met with the owner and an employee of his "Jo or George I think his name is/was :/ ". I REALLY appreciated how honest they were; no fluf, no "ehhhh welllll you see" b.s. I've met with a couple SEO guys before this business, and I have a couple to meet with still, but I was very impressed that not only did they make suggestions, but they had solid information and knowledge to back up those claims as opposed to "we're just going to get you on the front page with the most competitive key words out there". As lame as it sounds, for me, knowledge is power and these guys showed that they have the knowledge/tools/training to back up their claims. My business is in a very competitive field and I have a semi-unique business model. Ryan gave me a strategy that integrated SEO and other online marketing ideas that really impressed me. Some of the stuff he consulted with me about really struck me as "wow, I've been doing this a long time and this guy is showing me new stuff" They went through my website, said good things about it, things that needed improvement, and gave me some, as you would guess, consultation.Like I said earlier, I still have a couple more people/business's to meet up with SEO, but I am extremely impressed with how professional, knowledgeable, and personable these guys were.

I truly wanted to leave a positive review for this shop, but my experience has been extremely…read moredisappointing from beginning to end. I was originally told they would create a free sample shirt for me within two days. Instead, it took over a week. Even with the delay, the sample shirt turned out nice, so I decided to place a bulk order worth over $400. I was told I would receive my shirts within one to three business days, but I ended up waiting eighteen days while dealing with repeated mistakes and miscommunication. During this time, I made multiple trips to the store because the promised timeframe had already passed, and I assumed my order would be ready. Each time, it was not. After all the inconvenience, I expected some form of compensation, whether a refund, a discount, or at least acknowledgment of the delays and the unnecessary back and forth. Instead, I found myself having to repeatedly hound them just to get them to address the issues and attempt to make things right. One of my designs was printed on the wrong shirts, and instead of taking responsibility, they tried to place the blame on me even though my designs were clearly planned and communicated ahead of time. The kids shirt I ordered also had a logo that was not fully pressed, with the edges visibly lifting off the fabric. This entire process has been a headache. If you want your shirts done correctly and within the timeframe you are promised, I strongly recommend going somewhere else.
