I can not say enough good things about my experiences with Fast-Trac Designs. They have gone above…read moreand beyond to make each experience perfect. They have done our business's utility truck wrap, t-shirts, door magnets and perforated vinyl on a back window . But the purchase that stands out above it all is our most recent bus wrap. That is right - we purchased a school bus to wrap and -oh boy- it was a fixer upper project. We first attempted to do all of the body work ourselves. We got as far as cutting off the rub rails, removing the stop sign and over-sized front mirrors, taking out the bolts and attempting to smooth out the surface. The attempt to smooth out the surface ended up causing a not-so-smooth surface and we were in a bit of a time crunch. I took it to a body shop and felt helpless among the sales man quoting me over $2500 to make the body of the bus wrap-friendly. I called Sean at Fast Trac Designs and explained my predicament. Sean told me to stay right where I was at and he was going to come to me. Sean and Jody drove all the way out to the body shop where I had the bus for pricing. After they spoke to the rep at the body shop, they did some calculating and told me the price was way off from what they figured the cost to be and the shop probably just didn't want the job. They told me they knew just the body shop to take it too. I followed them to the body shop (Yes, they drove to another body shop during their work day so that I could conveniently follow them there) and was happily greeted by the owner of the shop. He made me feel like an old friend and quoted me 1/4 of the price that I was given by the previous body shop. I was then driven by Sean & Jody to their shop so I could wait for my husband to pick me up. Judy was very nice and showed me around the shop and kept me company until my ride arrived. The body work was finished in 2 days and Fast-Trac Designs picked up the bus for me and transported it back to their shop. They had it wrapped and ready in 3 days so I could have it in time for my weekend event. They met me on a Saturday morning when they are generally closed so that I could have it for my event. The impossible was finished in 1 week and it was all thanks to Fast Trac Designs going above and beyond to make miracles happen. I can not thank them enough. Thank you Sean, Judy, Jody, Aspen and the rest of the team behind the scenes for a wonderful experience. If you need a vehicle wrap, window vinyl, door magnets, or promotional merchandise .... do not look any further than Fast-Trac Designs. You found your go-to company!

I called a couple places before Outta PHX and none could complete my order due to business needs for Saturday. I was on the phone with Outta PHX for only 10 minutes and within that 10 minutes, not only did they agree to complete my order for a Saturday pickup, they also redid the sticker design while I was on the phone in a MUCH better way than the original design the Michigan shop was going to print and somehow I got a text saying the order was ready same day. Absolutely saved the day! I cannot say enough about how happy I am with how they turned out! Thank you again Outta PHX, I STRONGLY recommend this business!

A couple of weeks ago, after the governor lightened the mask mandate for Arizona, it was determined…read moreby our children's school that they could have their field day that they had missed last year. One of our children's teachers was asking about screenprinting shirts and if anybody knew how, so that her class could be readily identified as when in a group setting the masks were still being worn. Time was also a factor as the field day was the next week. I called a couple of places beforehand, and upon hearing of the simplistic design and the small (24 shirts) quantity, we would hear about how they were backed up or they were too busy. When i called Nancy Perry Productions/ Arizona Screen Print and Embroidery, they listened closely to our plight and were able to set up the entire order perfectly!! Nancy and Michelle, along with the entire staff, are friendly and caring individuals who are complete professionals in their craft. They kept me informed of the process, and the instant the shirts came out of the drying process we were able to pick them up. The shirts turned out beautifully, and a classroom of first grade schoolkids looked pretty darn sharp out there amongst their peers. Thank you Nancy, Michelle, and all, you are the best and we will be back!!!

I hadn't heard anything so yesterday I called to find out the status of my order. The lady who answered the phone the first time I called (yes first time which means that I called a second time several hours later and then a third time at 4:30 pm) told me she didn't have time to check on the order. Now I've been in the store a few times and there is NEVER anyone in the store so how are you so busy that you could not walk over to where pending orders are and let me know if they were started or done? She told me she'd check and call me back. Four hours later with no call back so I called again to see if there was an update - this time same lady was rude and informed me that they don't do small orders and that they were doing this as a favor to me (passive aggressive statement) no you're not doing me a favor as if I had been told that this order was to small I would have looked for another company (by the way which I did and turn around time is 24-36 hours NOT 14 business days. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere, already wrote a glowing review for the new company and will NEVER use this company again and will tell anyone looking for embroidery NOT to use this company and will give them a referral to the company that I went to.
