Edie cried about it every day. My wife tracked down the same bunny online, but it had been discontinued and the personalized embroidery was no longer available. We bought a plain one and brought it to Twisted Stitches, hoping they could recreate the name. The staff treated it like it mattered as much to them as it did to us. They helped me match the font and thread color to the original, and even carefully removed existing stitching from the ear so the embroidery could be placed perfectly. When I picked it up, it was flawless -- indistinguishable from the bunny we lost. When I asked what I owed, Mel, the owner, refused payment. She didn't ask for anything in return.
