I had 13 beach towels i wanted to have names embroidered on for my bachelorette party as gifts. When i brought the towels in the girl in the office was very friendly and showed me all the different colors the names could be printed on and helped me pick out 3 bright colors (grey towels) they they had me pick a font and printed out one of the names and showed me what i would look like on the towel. They were patient with me and let me make the size bigger/smaller to my liking. And they had it done in just a week! The price was great! (7.50 per towel...other quotes i got were 10-12 per towel). I will definitely be going back for all my future embroidery needs! As a side note...google maps takes you to a couple buildings before the actual store front....they have a large sign on the front of the building...so just keep going until you see that! read more

Very poor customer service. The person that answered the phone seemed bothered that I called. Immediately told me to communicate via email without even asking why I called. Attempted to explain that I am looking for a quote for embroidery on my business shirts and asked for minimum and maximum order s got the service. She refused to answer. Talked to someone name Adrianna on the phone about coming in for pricing and a tour to get started.... some older lady decided to help me and her vibes were awful!!!! I've been designing t-shirts for 7 years and wanted to establish a relationship with this manufacturer since I just moved here from Pennsylvania, my designs were criticized, was told "idk if that will work for you, do you even like this?" Staff laughed at me didn't show any respect towards me and I hope people respect my comment, no way I should of been treated the way I did, and was quoted for a $900+ total for 16 shirts. Honestly I think this place is stagnant and content with its customers and isn't looking to bring in any new ones. this place is not good at all! i had terrible experience! jennifer stewart was suppose to be the helpful employee but i was constantly ignored an never took seriously it seems. i was told by jennifer twice that my quote would be done with few days an i still havent heard from jennifer or company itself. i could at least get email update or something. super unprofessional , terrible service, and honestly very disappointed! i do feel there is more reasons as to why i wasnt helped at all. but bottom line unprofessional an they never acknowledge me as person of interest an a person they wanted to help. read more
