They were patient with me and let me make the size bigger/smaller to my liking. And they had it done in just a week! The price was great! (7.50 per towel...other quotes i got were 10-12 per towel). I will definitely be going back for all my future embroidery needs! As a side note...google maps takes you to a couple buildings before the actual store front....they have a large sign on the front of the building...so just keep going until you see that!

So a business walks away from revenue!? If I was the owner I would fire that employee. The owner was there with some women and they were talking and knitting together. When I asked for help finding the right yarn, she helped me immediately. I ended up buying some bubble gum pink yarn to make a little one a pink sweater. I'm very happy with my purchase, with the selection, and with the help I received. I wish I was more experienced at knitting so I could take advantage of some of the beautiful alpaca, wool, cotton, linen yarn she carried.
