I asked her if this was posted anywhere and she said it was. No where was this posted. Not on the door, not next to the cashier no where. I'm a rule follower, the more rules the better in my opinion. Not only does she bark this order at me, but after I tell her I don't see a sign saying no drinks (I had a sealed bottle of Gatorade on a 84 degree day) she says it's there......spend your money elsewhere. I happily went to Michael's and spend over $80 on fabric, just because they treated me like a human and didn't bark orders at me. I'm sorry you hate your job girlie, but it is not my fault. -10 stars DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU SIMPLY WANT FABRIC FOR A CHEAPER PRICE. There are other places with cheaper prices, but if you don't mind spending the extra dollar. Russ at Michael's at Tempe market place was so available and willing to help me, plus he served as a Marine and National Guardsmen for +21 years. Take your money to a place that will treat you well. Not here. So I tried calling the store to ask if I could speak to a manager, a girl named Becky got on the phone, started telling me not to curse at her (I wasn't cursing) then hung up on me. When I tried to call back i was hung up on again. Then the next time I was met with the same hostility. I tried to call another location to get the owners info, and was told that Becky is in fact in charge of all the locations and is the head of Sas. I pray God blesses you and your business Becky in the same way you bless others. Best believe I will tell everyone I know not to shop here.

As I was waiting for the sales clerk to finish with a previous customer, I noticed how patient she was with him. He was very indecisive, couldn't make up his mind and needed a lot of assistance. She never got impatient with him, remained professional, and extremely knowledgeable and helpful to the point where he finally made a decision. The whole time she kept looking at me telling me she'd be right with me and I told her it was fine. I was retired no problem. Then when it was my turn, I had a lot of questions as well and she was very patient with me. I cannot stress enough how much I appreciated her help. Robbie decided tonight was the night for a power trip! wouldn't let me show my id or the qr & just unprofessional & rude from the beginning. don't work retail jobs if you'll be miserable and take it out on people trying to furnish their home! haha anyways this old lady working cashier also laughed at us while we came back a second time after trying to find anywhere it said to bring an ID (there was none, just the screenshot attached and a notification my package was delivered) and when i called her out on it, wanted to pretend she wasn't being rude! i just wanted my order & when employees are rude off the bat that's a them problem! they need some time off clearly.. , me & my partner won't be coming back here & you shouldn't either.

Has got to be my most favorite in person quilt store I've ever visited. I spent about an hour here…read moreyesterday morning after learning about the shop from a quilting Facebook group. The store had tons of example quilts, lots of quilt kits, patterns, books, cutting mats, Aurifil thread, and sewing accessories (needles, thread conditioner, pens etc). It was super well organized and thoughtfully designed. Loved how all the Christmas patterns and fabric were together along the back wall. I loved how they used a lot of free patterns available from fabric manufacturers. Most importantly I had great customer service! All the store employees asked me if I needed help and if I was doing ok. As a younger quilting customer (mid 30's) I am frequently completely ignored. So I was pleasantly surprised when I was helped! While I couldn't buy everything I had my eye on I learned they have free shipping through their online store - almost unheard of in the quilting/fabric world. Will definitely buying from this store in the future!

There shop did a excellent job to build the three layer padded sling, which is not a easy task. I did try others firms to do this and they all refused do the complexity of the project. The original manufacture would do it but you had to choose from there fabric list or pay the base price and you ship them your selected fabric. Robert had to replace a cracked particle board seat and then re-upholster to include piping. He priced it at $60 per chair. The underside of each chair was nicely covered with black cloth - very professional. As an afterthought, the chair seats were covered in plastic - using a heat gun at the corners to make them look like new. The other business priced one chair at $150.
