It's downright eerie. Every Hobby Lobby is staffed with the same identical employees. I don't have any hard proof yet,but I suspect that they are cloned from the five original employees being kept cryogenically frozen in a secrete warehouse somewhere deep in the Nevada desert, before being shipped out to their stores. Each location has the same bunch of overflowing aisles, overwhelming the senses with excited women and teenagers desperately searching for that special something. If they can't find that something special they'll just settle for anything, because by entering a Hobby Lobby they've already agreed to the unspoken rule requiring they buy something while their tag along husbands and boyfriends wear the same bored or exasperated looks. Hobby Lobby will have what you need if you go there. Because if you think you need something from Hobby Lobby then you already know they will have it. There just isn't any point in comparing this H.L. to any other Hobby Lobby because they are ALL identical, in each and every way: wonderful, packed with people and merch, and guaranteed to be wherever you need one.

The course was mostly self-paced with stopping points to guide us along by the instructor. My only gripe about the class was that the second half of creating the tree was/will be self-guided based on the instructor's eBook. I also would have appreciated the class fee including more materials than plaster, floral tape, and of course the eBook. We had to provide all of our own wire and even the tools to cut the wire and the pot to "plant" it in. If the class was not over $60, I would not have minded contributing to the supplies as much. The store itself offered a plethora of beads and supplies for beading and jewelry making. In addition to offering all that you may need to make your own jewelry, the Gem and Bead Mall sells pre-made jewelry and creations from local makers as well. Super cool spot!

Staff is friendly and knows a good deal of things no matter the project I'm almost certain they have it and have someone if you are learning that'll guide you for what you need to be successful in your project. Some things are little pricey compared to online stores but that is just the norm. Stores beyond super neat and clean no pushy staff for sales.

The Art supplies business seems like a difficult one to be in. But Blick's quality and wide selection, makes them hard to beat. They run sales occasionally, which depending upon our timeing, can be a decent opportunity to get things at a reasonable price. Service here was friendly and knowledgeable. Today, we came away down forty bucks or so. Probably the cheapest we've spent in a long time. LOL. But if you are into paint supplies, paper, oils and watercolors, they're the only game in town.
