As a complete novice, I was totally lost. I tried multiple times on my own but no luck. I asked for help multiple times and got general advice. I was the ONLY one that couldn't make anything, yet the instructor didn't seem to either notice or to care. I eventually looked up my own video on how to do this and still wasn't able to. The instructor said she would be happy to help one on one, yet I was the was one who clearly needed help, she was and just made her own pottery. I feel demoralized and humiliated. I left this experience in tears.

I got the mocktails, and let me tell you... they were DELICIOUS! My favorite was the 2nd drink with the sprinkles, and the last one with Biscoff was my 2nd favorite! The show was also very interactive with the crowd, which made it even more fun! The only downside was the ladies sitting behind me, they were VERY loud and talked way too much, which was pretty annoying. Wow! What a wonderful hidden gem! My friend invited me to attend a stained glass class with her at…read morethe Phoenix Glass Center. I had never heard of the Phoenix Glass Center before, but thought it would be fun to make a stained glass sun catcher. Make sure you have your GPS activated because it's a bit tricky to find their location. It's hidden in an industrial area right next to the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport runway. We made sure to get to class early, as they had requested in their email. They have a shop with beautiful glass items for sale. They provide bottled water for students as well. Our class was in a second newer building just across the parking lot. Our instructor was Sarah. She was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and extremely patient with novice glass artists like myself. The class was set for three hours but it was a long process with many steps, so the class ran over. I didn't mind. I was happy not to be rushed through the process. All in all, it was a really fun evening! They are offering an upcoming stained glass class where you can make a Mother's Day frame. I will definitely return in the future to try another one of their classes.

I lost a dpn needle when traveling and was able to drop in here for an exact chiagooo replacement. The yarn selection is wide and the owner is knowledgable. The prices are on par with the hobby and you can definitely find materials for cheap projects (acrylic) up to luxury yarns like alpaca.
