This shop is amazing. I had my late grandfather's pool table lamp shipped across the country by UPS and they completely destroyed it. The guys at Kachina knew exactly what glass to order and fixed it perfectly. My dad and I were extremely happy with the result. I would highly recommend based on service and experience.

Glass heaven. Well stocked, fuse glass and stained glass. Busy place! Work stations were all being used. Pros on staff. A complete resource.

Service/Selection 5/5 To be frank, this is my wife's store that I've come to appreciate. While she's of getting picture frames, artwork of other interior design pieces I love to pour over the books and affirmation items. I always find something to grab and save for that time when someone needs their spirits lifted. They have them and I scooped up five! Books, I typically find 2-3 as title change quickly. Scored a big one today. Value 5/5 This is truly a value store, fun inventory at reasonable prices. Marking today's visit harlarious was my dilation. Holy Cow Becky everything was so bright I had a difficult time reading, seeing and at time holding my eyes open must have been a spectacle to see, pun intended! Plus every other week their yearn is 30% off so I made sure to come the correct week. Even though their prices have gone up, that still drops to an affordable amount. The aisles were nice and clean. The employees are not always the friendliest although some are. But they are always available to help you find what you are looking for. I found a cute pair of lavender shorts but there was no place to try them on so I went ahead and bought them in the size I thought would fit and brought them home to try, knowing I could take them back if they didn't fit and try another size. I asked about the return policy and the girl told me you have 60 days with the receipt and 90 days without a receipt. I thought that was more than generous. I'm sure I will be back.

I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service I received at this Michael's today…read more I placed an online balloon order for a graduation and had two phone calls yesterday with the store confirming details about my order. When I arrived today, the first employee I spoke with, Anna, immediately had an attitude and told me that the confetti balloons I purchased cost extra to fill with helium and that they hadn't filled them because they weren't sure if I wanted to pay the additional charge. I asked why that wasn't mentioned during either of the two phone calls I received yesterday, especially since I was on a time crunch today. Her response was essentially that she didn't know and that I would need to find someone else to help me because she was busy. Then the manager, Jason, was called over to assist me. One of the letter balloons in my order was a J when I needed an L. I acknowledged that there had clearly been a mistake when the order was entered.. I was not arguing about it or blaming the store. However, Jason repeatedly told me that I had entered the wrong letter. After hearing it multiple times, I finally said, "I understand, you've told me three times. Whatever needs to be done is fine." He then responded by telling me AGAIN that I would have to pay for the replacement because the J had already been inflated and the order had been entered incorrectly. Again, I had already acknowledged the mistake and had absolutely no issue paying for the correct balloon. There was no reason to repeatedly point out that I had made the mistake or speak to me as though I was refusing to take responsibility for it. Mistakes happen. I ordered the wrong letter, and I was completely willing to pay to correct it. My issue is the unnecessarily rude and condescending way the situation was handled by both the employee and the manager. A simple, "No problem, we can get you the L, but because the J has already been inflated we'll need to charge you for the replacement," would have been perfectly fine. Instead, I left feeling like I was being scolded over a balloon order when all I was trying to do was pick up graduation balloons and get where I needed to be on time. Customer service and basic kindness go a long way, especially when a customer is being cooperative and willing to correct their own mistake. This interaction was unnecessarily unpleasant from the moment I walked in. And this isn't my first negative experience at this location. Sophie was wonderful and I appreciate her kindness

I have been eating at nearby Joe's Farm Grill for years and have not made the time to walk over here. You can't miss Barnone because they are housed in a Quonset hut made of steel. Inside of Barnone is a salon, machinist, printmaker and other services. They had an evening artisan fair going on when I stopped in. I love seeing other people's creativity and was impressed by the products that were being showcased by many of the artists. Barnone also has a few restaurants. Fire & Brimstone, 12 West Brewing, Garage-East and Uprooted Kitchen are just some of the places to grab a bite or drink. It is really cool to see how much this area has grown and expanded over the years. I still enjoy getting a coffee at The Coffee Shop and going for a walk at Agritopia Farm.
