    Come on, how can I pass up new stickers? The most adorable stickers to date. I couldn't. I bought them all. Michael's keeps outdoing themselves. They have planner, blank planners, bujo anyone? Even in the year of covid, life still happens, so go get Kawaii stickers and a new journal. Or just get the stickers, I mean come on, you can't be too old for stickers. It will lift any mood. Plus, sushi And coffee!!

    They didn't have a few things we were looking for but online it said they had it. But trying to get help is ridiculous only saw one person and that was the cashier. They had a lot of clearance but the shelves were empty so you might as well remove the tags. Overall in my opinion their competition Hobby Lobby has a better customer experience.

    FRAMING experience NOT SATISFACTORY Needed a Frame for a 39" x 23" print. Michaels always has ad flyers mailed out and knew they had store coupons on framing once in a while. This week's coupon was for 80% off framing. Great! This is one of greater discounts I have seen in a while and would be a good time to take advantage of this price reduction. *Note that the framing discounts are usually for certain styles only. The associate was able to help pick out a frame and matte spent the time with me while I decided on the selection. It ended up being a 40" x 27" frame. I was told the frame would be complete by the next week and would get a call when it was done. After a couple weeks I had not received any word on my frame. I called and they said that their warehouse was in Texas and due to recent inclement weather, the shipping of the frame was delayed. I told them I did not receive notification of this. After that day, I received an email from the store manager after the fact about this delay. It was now week 3 since I ordered. I called again to find out if it was done. Apparently my frame was done, however, I had not received notification it was. When I went in to pick it up, the frame construction was poorly done. There was glue and gaps on the corners. Also, one of the corners was completely misaligned. I asked them to re-do the frame and they said it might take a while to get the frame shipped but they will expedite once they got it in. I called the next week to see if the frame was complete and they said they have the frame but the head of the framing department was supposed to work on it and they were off. It took a month and a week to finally get my frame. If this had been a gift, it would have ruined the occassion. I don't know if Michael's contracts with Aaron Brothers for their framing but this was not a good representation of either company.

    Late night trip to Michaels. It wasn't a good day for me, so I decided to go to Michaels to look after a framing project, that I had been planning on, for quite some time.. Joyce helped me. She not only looked after my art work, but also she listened with empathy to my story of what had gone wrong that day. She was knowledgeable & had a very keen eye for colors. She explained how a colored frame can use, a secondary, not the main color in the art work... We disagreed on the color choice of the frames. I chose the color that I liked best, however I know that each time that I will look at my art I will not only see the art or the frames, but I will also remember what a nice person she was to me.

    If you sign up for the email list they often have great coupons like 20% or 40% a regular priced item.

From the time you enter you're flooded with beautiful decor all around you. Right now there are Fall and Christmas decor around every corner. The slight negative is how damaged decor items were or inoperable decor on the tables for sale. I think those items should have been moved, highly discounted, or flagged somehow. The positives are customer service from the cashiers and one person in particular who I flagged on the floor to help me get an item that was too far to reach on the table.

I called the number on the order and they basically they would cancel the order so I saId OK. About an hour later the stand arrived via Uber. I told them to take it back and they said they could not and they had to leave it here. I called the number again and they said I would have to bring it back personally or order something to go with it. I tried to order a few things and they kept saying out of stock and also would have charged me another delivery charge. The person on the phone said I had to order on line or go in the store as they could not help. I was upset and they told me that kept telling me I had to stop my attitude.

After viewing online we opted to visit and hopefully try out a few contenders. Overall, we love their no-commissions, no-pressure approach, which makes it a much more relaxing and enjoyable visit. That being said, when we did ask a few questions, on options or to be directed, the few we did ask had trouble getting us the info we needed and sort of just directed us to talk around. We did speak with another employee who was a bit more helpful and shared some options! We narrowed it down and though they had a wide range of prices, found some very affordable options as well. We did inquire on any upcoming sales with the holidays or veterans discounts, which they do not do. We ended up ordering online for free delivery and are set to get our chair next week - so will update if anything of note happens during delivery.

For clarification the Living Spaces was the Phoenix location, but all followup calls/complaints were to the mother ship. I purchased a XL split King mattress. Looking forward to opening it up and placing on the frame. I've had the "mattress in a box" before and they expand pretty fast. Long story short, it didn't expand and Living Spaces forced me to keep it for 2 full days/~48 hours and did not expand to the full depth of 12". Best expansion was 8". Called and asked them to pick it up and refund my money. They said no and would deliver a "second" mattress for me to try. At this time I called my credit card company and explained the situation and submitted pictures and discussions with their Living Spaces. My credit card company gave me a credit and I received the second mattress and they forced me to let it expand for 72 hours. That is correct, 3 days. Guess what, never expanded anymore than the first. They wanted to give me a store credit and I said no, I wanted my money refunded to my card. This ended up being a hassle and eventually they credited my account and since I already had the credit from my credit card company as I didn't trust Living Spaces at all. See pictures. My credit card company had my back and took care of me. I found another mattress later at Sam's and delivered quickly. Literally it expanded in about 3.5 minutes. That time was opening up the box, taking the mattress out of the box, putting on the bed and taking the shrink wrap off and opening up the plastic bag to the air. 3.5 minutes from a Sam's mattress vs 2 terrible mattresses from Living Spaces would not load. You figure out who to buy from. Sam's is the winner.
