It's downright eerie. Every Hobby Lobby is staffed with the same identical employees. I don't have any hard proof yet,but I suspect that they are cloned from the five original employees being kept cryogenically frozen in a secrete warehouse somewhere deep in the Nevada desert, before being shipped out to their stores. Each location has the same bunch of overflowing aisles, overwhelming the senses with excited women and teenagers desperately searching for that special something. If they can't find that something special they'll just settle for anything, because by entering a Hobby Lobby they've already agreed to the unspoken rule requiring they buy something while their tag along husbands and boyfriends wear the same bored or exasperated looks. Hobby Lobby will have what you need if you go there. Because if you think you need something from Hobby Lobby then you already know they will have it. There just isn't any point in comparing this H.L. to any other Hobby Lobby because they are ALL identical, in each and every way: wonderful, packed with people and merch, and guaranteed to be wherever you need one.

This time was no different but what was unfortunate is we were getting two memory foam mats and they were different colors and one had no tag on it. So we told them and she was very rude stating well it's not the same one so it's a different price and it's part of textiles and not the spring shop so they looked it up online and the price was more than the other one. Well, they looked at the wrong one because after we left the store, we did not purchase the mat because it was more money, I found it on the website and it was under the spring shop and it was the price that we thought it was. So now we got to miss out on the mat that we wanted when it was the last one and it's sold out online. I really wish they would be trained to be nicer to customers because it's very frustrating. I swear it's a requirement when they're hiring people that they need to be rude.

I overall wasn't happy with the quality of the frames, so I came back to try and exchange them. I got them with a "buy 1 get 2" promotion, so I walked in with uncertainty knowing I may not be able to get a resolution. Service/Selection 5/5 To be frank, this is my wife's store that I've come to appreciate. While she's of getting picture frames, artwork of other interior design pieces I love to pour over the books and affirmation items. I always find something to grab and save for that time when someone needs their spirits lifted. They have them and I scooped up five! Books, I typically find 2-3 as title change quickly. Scored a big one today. Value 5/5 This is truly a value store, fun inventory at reasonable prices. Marking today's visit harlarious was my dilation. Holy Cow Becky everything was so bright I had a difficult time reading, seeing and at time holding my eyes open must have been a spectacle to see, pun intended! Plus every other week their yearn is 30% off so I made sure to come the correct week. Even though their prices have gone up, that still drops to an affordable amount. The aisles were nice and clean. The employees are not always the friendliest although some are. But they are always available to help you find what you are looking for. I found a cute pair of lavender shorts but there was no place to try them on so I went ahead and bought them in the size I thought would fit and brought them home to try, knowing I could take them back if they didn't fit and try another size. I asked about the return policy and the girl told me you have 60 days with the receipt and 90 days without a receipt. I thought that was more than generous. I'm sure I will be back.

As I was waiting for the sales clerk to finish with a previous customer, I noticed how patient she was with him. He was very indecisive, couldn't make up his mind and needed a lot of assistance. She never got impatient with him, remained professional, and extremely knowledgeable and helpful to the point where he finally made a decision. The whole time she kept looking at me telling me she'd be right with me and I told her it was fine. I was retired no problem. Then when it was my turn, I had a lot of questions as well and she was very patient with me. I cannot stress enough how much I appreciated her help. Her name is Ross and I highly recommend her to anyone who needs any framing done. She's at the Michaels on signal Butte Mesa.

sent my partner to pick up an order & she came back saying they "needed" my ID. i have it on my…read morephone & thought ill just get down & everything will be fine like it is at every other pick up store now a days...but anyways i also had my ID picture on my phone, the order email & this wonderful qr code that should've been able to give my package. instead... Robbie decided tonight was the night for a power trip! wouldn't let me show my id or the qr & just unprofessional & rude from the beginning. don't work retail jobs if you'll be miserable and take it out on people trying to furnish their home! haha anyways this old lady working cashier also laughed at us while we came back a second time after trying to find anywhere it said to bring an ID (there was none, just the screenshot attached and a notification my package was delivered) and when i called her out on it, wanted to pretend she wasn't being rude! i just wanted my order & when employees are rude off the bat that's a them problem! they need some time off clearly.. , me & my partner won't be coming back here & you shouldn't either.
