Parking 5/5 I always find parking in the large shared lot in Dana Park. Selection 4/5 This isn't the Franchise's largest location but it's the closest to me during regular travels. I spend my time grazing in their Religious. Philosophy, advanced Science and Mathematics sections. Occasionally I find something to satisfy the nerd within. Service 5/5 I always been happy with the help I've received including ordering books. Value 5/5 As book and mortars go, (see what I did), I find what I've purchased to be reasonable when coupled with the in person experience of grazing the isles. I asked for a couple of items, and the person behind the counter, could not be bothered to show me where the items I asked for were. The first item I asked for was at the cas wrap, so that item, I could find myself. The second item, which was a book, the person pointed to a sign, and asked if I saw it. When I said no, they then replied, "the isle before the young adult books." This was just really poor customer service. If you can, choose another Barbes and Noble. Anyone!!!!​

They carry all the kitchen necessities and many things you probably didn't know you needed but makes your food preparation easier. I wish they were around ## years ago when I made my wedding registry (The ## is to keep from dating myself!). The store is immaculately clean and the workers are helpful but overly pushy...a great middle ground. They also had some freshly made pasta, citrus-infused water and some mocktail margaritas to try while we shopped. They have some demos/samples for coffee, hand cream, etc. I spent 30min in the store and feel like I still missed a lot of things. I will definitely be back as this is a great place to shop for gifts...and maybe for myself.

The store has everything you need - but unlike Home Depot, things are organized intuitively. The options are pared down to things you may actually need if you're looking for the basics - no more wandering aisles like a lost puppy! The prices for the items we purchased were comparable to Home Depot - no markups! And again, the environment is much less intimidating. The 2 notable ones are Tracy and Dennis. Let me start with Dennis first. They remodeled their store and now the fasteners/nuts/bolts area has been expanded and I love this. Most of the time I come it's because I need some fitting that broke or something with something I have and I don't need 100 of them, just 1 or a few. All the Ace Hardwares are perfect for this and I've never NOT found what I needed. Dennis has helped me most of the time when I come, which isn't too frequent, but maybe a few times a year. He is always very patient. Sometimes it's with a project and he offers suggestions. Thank you, Dennis. Tracy is a newer person for me from the past year. I don't remember why I came in, but he was the person to help me. He's retired from his career and just wanted to still work, but not in a high pressured career. We've had some really great conversations. He is very personable and super, super helpful. I needed to fix my dripping shower faucet and asked him for suggestions. He gave me lots of sound advice, which all of them really helped me. Unfortunately this Ace did not have the parts I needed for my particular showers, but the advice he gave was invaluable and saved me hundreds of dollars. I was able to change out the shower spout, handle, shower heads with new stuff and all by myself. This turned out to be fairly easy, so I thought why not to tackle my master bath, that had similar shower fixtures. The master bath was a little trickier, and took a bit longer, but I was able to change all the shower fixtures minus the drains all by myself without incident and everything is working great. I did this back over 3 months ago and everything still works fantastically. Tracy did advise that replacing the drains was a bit more difficult. He didn't say don't do this, but the thought of having to perhaps replace plumbing and the showers did not appeal to me. So, the drains remained. I also wanted to change out the sink faucet in the first bathroom. He talked about the hard water deposits we have and how to replace the faucet. He showed me a tool, a sink wrench, to help me loosen and get into tight spaces. My husband really was the one that went under the sink to do all this. I am grateful. This was a bit more difficult than we had hoped because whomever installed the prior faucet really glued EVERYTHING down well, which required my husband to use a DeWalt cutting tool to get the parts out. Since the first bathroom turned out well, we also did the Master Baths both faucets - replacing them. Thank you, Tracy, for your guidance and direction in this, for caring enough to be specific to empower me/us to do these repairs to our home and saving hundreds in labor and not needing to call out a plumber to do all this. Both Dennis & Tracy are true assets to this Ace Hardware location. Thank you for caring about your customers and going above and beyond every time. God bless you and the rest of the employees here.

Today I went in just browsing and left with some skin care restock items I needed for my routines. The prices are always right especially getting 30 sheet masks for like $10. That's a great deal. Their selection of skincare is also on point and I also left with a pack of make up wipes too. This is my go to spot for those 2 items in particular The aisles were stocked well and it was a nice experience at the check out as well.

I don't shop at Chico's very often but I can state that the experience is exactly the same at every…read morelocation I've visited. They greet you at the door and ask you if you need assistance. Next, they always start a fitting room for you as soon as you grab an item and they check to see if you need help while you're trying things on. Unfortunately none of these customer service staples happened on my visit. I was juggling an armload of clothes and had to keep seeking out the help I needed. The ladies here were very nice people and did deliver the assistance I needed once asked. Maybe they were just off their game when I visited or could step things up in the future and be more proactive.

Sales associates saw me leave and come back but never asked if i needed assistance. Returned to the fitting room with additional items to try. Abysmal customer service!
