My first time going, and it definitely won't be my last!…read moreThis store was amazing and with friendly helpful staff. I went in looking for parts for my T-Maxx and of course they had them. Even picked up a bottle of Nitro and a can of paint. I will tell you. Hard to not spend all your money in that store. They have everything!! Looking forward to needing to go back!

Super kind service at first…read more Being an inexperienced 14yr old I brought an item in to get a wire soldered. They said they could do it and when I got it, it was messy and weak. I took it home and when I assembled my model , it turned out one of the components was damaged (near the wires that were soldered) It cost $50 for a new one and they said that they weren't at fault and turned me down. No compensation... Pretty disappointed, as I don't really have a stable way to make money at 14...

Plus every other week their yearn is 30% off so I made sure to come the correct week. Even though their prices have gone up, that still drops to an affordable amount. The aisles were nice and clean. The employees are not always the friendliest although some are. But they are always available to help you find what you are looking for. I found a cute pair of lavender shorts but there was no place to try them on so I went ahead and bought them in the size I thought would fit and brought them home to try, knowing I could take them back if they didn't fit and try another size. I asked about the return policy and the girl told me you have 60 days with the receipt and 90 days without a receipt. I thought that was more than generous. I'm sure I will be back.

Service/Selection 5/5 To be frank, this is my wife's store that I've come to appreciate. While she's of getting picture frames, artwork of other interior design pieces I love to pour over the books and affirmation items. I always find something to grab and save for that time when someone needs their spirits lifted. They have them and I scooped up five! Books, I typically find 2-3 as title change quickly. Scored a big one today. Value 5/5 This is truly a value store, fun inventory at reasonable prices. Marking today's visit harlarious was my dilation. Holy Cow Becky everything was so bright I had a difficult time reading, seeing and at time holding my eyes open must have been a spectacle to see, pun intended! Just a word of warning to any potential customers...not a great company to work with. The work is…read moregood, but the customer service is non-existant and we spoke with someone who claimed to be a VP of sales - Jason. Long story short: model ordered on Nov 4th. Custom job that was going to take time - no issue. A couple months go by and we hear nothing so send a note and ask how it's going. Response gives a timeframe for when it'll be ready. Fast forward to that time frame, we again write a note to check on status, again get a response that it's going fine but delayed and will be ready by X timeframe - rinse and repeat (x3). It's not May and we still don't have a model. Spoke to Jason - alleged VP of Sales. I say alleged as I can't imagine any VP of anything acting the way he did. Was unapologetic and even suggested it was our fault for having unrealistic expectations - recall the expectations were set by the company, not us. When he finally apologized, it was dripping with sarcasm and ended with "well I'm sure you'll sleep just fine tonight". That's just the tip of the iceberg around the converstion with Jason. We never got angry or raised voices at him, just calm conversation wanting to make the situation right. He was not interested at all. Issues: 1) we were told specific timeframes it would be ready but never was 2) we had to bird dog and ask about status, not once did we get a courtesy email to let us know about delays. 3) Jason, Mr VP of Sales - was sarcastic, rude and disinterested. He barely even apologized and chased it back with a nice dose of sarcasm. Unprofessional. The work is good but be ready for a rotten customer experience. And if you get Jason, good luck to you.

We bought our Christmas tree here and it is the nicest Christmas tree I have ever had. This…read moreMichael's location had a great variety of Christmas decor including the most beautiful trees! Everything was marked down at least 50% for their Black Friday sale...although I'm pretty sure the prices of some things are inflated just to be marked down. Anyway, our tree was originally priced to be over $300 and we paid $139.99 plus tax. It is pre-lit, 7.5' tall, and the LEDs change from white to multi colored if you want it to. There's a control box attached to the lights that allow you to select the color options you'd like. I thought it was a great value and couldn't be happier. I'm happy Michael's sold his because we were having trouble finding a nice tree for under $200. Similar trees of this caliber were going for over $300 at stores like Lowe's, Home Depot, Costco, etc.

Hands down one of the best card shops in the Valley. It is in a great location right near downtown…read moreGilbert. Inside, very spacious and clean. Well organized across each sport and Pokémon. The staff is fantastic. It was my first time in and they made me feel like a regular. No pressure felt at all. They have a great selection of graded and display cards, as well as a ton of boxes to look throw at a huge range of prices. Loved the vibe inside. Their prices were very fair IMO. People were coming in making trades and selling cards as well. Overall, I can't wait to come back again!

When you're talking about a card shop, I feel like there are a few areas to look at: service,…read moreselection, and overall vibe. Period. Trading Card Club is a relatively small location but comes in big when it comes to those three categories. The service is great. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and I never once got the sense I was being taken advantage of or was just another customer. They treat my son very well and seem to treat all their young clientele very friendly, which is obviously a key thing that brought us back. You should note that if the shop gets busy, there's limited staff--trading card shops can't have 20 people working the counters--so you may have to be patient. If patience isn't your game, trading cards might not be the right place for you to be anyway, but always enjoy the friendly attitudes and vibes this shop gives off. Whether you're hanging around, opening a box, or just browsing, it's always a chill experience. They also run events and promotions, so keep an eye out for that. And I would note: do your due diligence before bringing in things to sell, because they're not going to buy a giant box of worthless baseball cards, nor are they going to want to comb through 2,000 of your old grandfather's card collection. They will buy solid, valuable assets that they can resell effectively. It is a shop that will obviously give you store credit if desired, which will likely exceed the amount of cash you'll get, but the amount of times I've seen people bring in stuff that they just would never buy in a million years is plentiful. So if you're looking to sell a junk box of cards, I would try Facebook Marketplace and not this shop. Also--side bonus--they have a shop puppy that sometimes hangs out in the front.

It's fine I get it, a lot of stuff has been happening throughout the US with people stealing. I went into the store and noticed the same sales associate following me around closely. I would rather forego the $9.99 than to drive back to return or exchange it.
