I took it home and when I assembled my model , it turned out one of the components was damaged (near the wires that were soldered) It cost $50 for a new one and they said that they weren't at fault and turned me down. No compensation... Pretty disappointed, as I don't really have a stable way to make money at 14...

The employees are not always the friendliest although some are. But they are always available to help you find what you are looking for. I found a cute pair of lavender shorts but there was no place to try them on so I went ahead and bought them in the size I thought would fit and brought them home to try, knowing I could take them back if they didn't fit and try another size. I asked about the return policy and the girl told me you have 60 days with the receipt and 90 days without a receipt. I thought that was more than generous. I'm sure I will be back.

I kinda walked around the store, checked out the track, and was really excited to get back into the hobby of RC cars. When I came back in from checking the track out, two of the employees including Jason (think that was his name) and what appeared to be a customer/friend were just shooting the breeze all the way at the end of the counter in the corner. They proceeded to all look up at me laugh, look away from me, and look again and proceeded to laugh again. Maybe it was a misunderstanding on my part, but from a customer or human aspect it felt as if I was being laughed at. Maybe it was how I was dressed, maybe it's because I was uneducated and asked the initial guy some questions. I walked out Needless to say, it discouraged me in that moment from wanting to get back into the hobby just due to that. Seemed like they were all buddies from how they were standing there talking.
