    New gray mat - 11x14"

Just got back from Hobby Lobby. I needed to get a new mat for a water color painting after I had changed the color of one of our rooms. A really nice lady at the framing desk helped me select a new mat, and then cut and installed it for me while I waited -- all for a surprisingly low cost. I couldn't be happier with the service, and the new mat looks great.

    Beautiful silk roses

I absolutely love this place, I can find anything you can possibly imagine, it has every aspect of art form you can think of!!! The also have good coupons!!!

Here is the receipt from the racist transaction I encountered from this store location manager on duty.

WARNING: THE MANAGER THERE IS RACIST, BE MINDFUL IF YOU'RE A MINORITY. I was just here picking up a few items for making custom action figures, and I noticed the manager was following me down the isles. This man is about 5'4" , middle aged, slightly over weight, and balding. I didn't grab his name but, i'll post my receipt so if anyone reading decides they want to connect the dots. I noticed he made a b-line towards me and asked "What are you looking for today?". They funny part though was he didn't seem knowledgeable about the location of the things I was looking for and that when I continued to ask him to show me where the items on my list were, he was more concerned about brushing me off. I also asked him about a specific acrylic primer I was looking for and he said it was out of stock and that was the end of that. No attempt to call another store or find an alternative. Just a reminder, he asked me if I needed help but, was offensive and was the exact opposite of what help should look like. I really wanted to tell this guy if we have to compare paychecks, maybe he might realize there' no need for me to steal anything. Just a really unfortunate incident since the feeling I got was hurry up, buy, and get out. However, on my way out Im watching three soccer moms hanging out in the isles hanging out and chatting. My overall shopping experience at this store location in Chandler, AZ , I had the overall feeling and impression I was a customer who should be suspect.

Ugh... why do I want to do projects when stores are closed :(

Hmmm had a tough time here, while this is definitely the place to go for knobs if you are replacing knobs on a dresser anything beyond that I was lost in the store. Yes they have it for sure- it's massive but after asking 5 different employees where something was only to finally have the last one take me to it instead of just pointing - I was super tired and frustrated. I miss when you ask where something is and the employee takes you right away to the location instead of just saying "over there" in a massive store with say 30+ aisles?!!

Christmas has arrived! Its 40% off right now.

The RH Outlet in Chandler, AZ is hard to justify. The overall experience feels bleak, the service…read moreis underwhelming, and the pricing often does not reflect any meaningful outlet value. On my visit yesterday, April 15, 2026, I compared several floor pieces against current member sale pricing at the main RH store, and the differences were surprisingly small. For example, a Queen Padua Shelter Bed in Brown Oak was priced at $2,350 in the outlet. The same bed in the mainline RH store was priced at $2,615 for members. That difference is so small that once you factor in the cost of hiring movers to pick it up, transport it, and assemble it in your home, the outlet purchase makes little sense. By contrast, the main store provides delivery and setup, even when purchasing multiple items, for one reasonable flat fee. And that is before considering the much bigger issue: service after the sale. With the mainline RH store, you have time to live with the furniture, and if something is wrong, RH can come out, repair it, replace it, or accept a return. The outlet offers none of that. A few more examples from the floor: A 48" Wide Oslo Cylinder Console Table in Aged Brown Oak was $1,195 at the outlet versus $1,345 at the main store member price. A 36" Wide Enzo Console Table in Blonde Walnut was $645 at the outlet versus $719 at the main store member price. In my view, saving only a small amount in exchange for no delivery, no setup, no meaningful recourse, limited selection, and the added risk of outlet-condition damage offers no real value at all.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and demand compensation for the mishandling of a quality custom-made bench that I consigned at My Sister's Attic. The bench was dropped off with a verbal agreement to price it at $650. Unfortunately, due to the negligence of the previous manager, who failed to properly price the piece before his departure, and the subsequent incorrect pricing by the new manager, the bench was sold for a mere $100. This pricing is not only well below the agreed-upon amount but also a blatant disregard for the value of the item and the trust placed in your store by consignors. While I understand that the contract states the store reserves the right to change prices at its discretion, this situation is a clear oversight. The bench was forgotten and priced simply to "get rid of it," as stated by the current manager. This is unacceptable and a slap in the face to a participating consignor. Additionally, the agreement was to sell the item within a two-month timeframe, with the bench being received in-store on March 13, 2025, per the contract. However, it wasn't placed on the floor until a month later, halfway through this timeframe, further diminishing the opportunity for a fair sale. It did sell right after being placed on the floor, further showcasing that the piece had merit as inventory in the store. Had I not visited the store on the day I did to inquire about it and noticed the sold sign without a price tag, I would have never received any compensation for my item. I demand that My Sister's Attic honor the original agreement set by the previous manager. It is evident that none of the items in your store are priced as egregiously low as $100, not even a nightstand. I am still waiting response from corporate. The new store manager, originally gave me an adequate solution but said corporate is refusing to honor it.
