My daughter had her name on her backpack so of course my son needed his name on his! Found PHX Threads Embroidery, walked in, was greeted by the lovely Tammy and she asked about interest, font, color (there were so many!). She sent me a photo before it was done and it turned out perfectly! So happy with the results, price and overall experience.! Will be back! Sports are in session soon!

The person behind the counter didn't speak to me hardly at all, which is something I have grown to expect at most LYS. Some friendly banter about what I'm making with the yarn or something like that, not a major thing but it made me feel a little awkward not really being spoken to whatsoever. It has a dedicated parking lot in back which is wonderful for the location. I hope to see it thrive, but I might continue going to different yarn stores that have a bit of a warmer reception.

I hope they can improve accuracy at checkout, especially with larger purchases. ( I also know that the cashier was new and was in training, but the trainer over her shoulder should've been catching these mistakes).

I called before placing an order to ensure that they were as quick as their website promised. It was true. They were. I placed my order online (as a bonus, there was a coupon code available on their website) and used their shirt designing tool with ease. I picked the shirt up the following morning and it was perfect--exactly as I designed it online. The clerk was friendly and quick. I was in and out of the mall in less than five minutes. I stumbled upon OpportuniTees quite accidentally and I'm so glad I did. We just had polo shirts for…read moremen and women, and tee shirts for men, women, and children, in a variety of sizes and colors, screen printed and embroidered. Our job was done within a timely manner and the finished product looks terrific. I needed some specialty sizes (tall and plus) and, unlike other shops in the Valley, OpportuniTees did not assess a significant upcharge on those sizes. We needed a shirt in a rush and Jay finished the entire Screen Job in one afternoon! The embroidery took just a couple of days longer, in part because Jay rejected the first digitization of our logo, and waited until it was just right before completing our job. All in all, our turn-around time was less than 2 weeks, which is above industry standards here in the Valley. I priced my job out with 5 companies in Phoenix and the nearby East Valley. OpportuniTees quote was about 10% less expensive than the next closest bid we received. I appreciate that they give back to the community by supporting Neighborhood Ministries.

I had 13 beach towels i wanted to have names embroidered on for my bachelorette party as gifts…read more When i brought the towels in the girl in the office was very friendly and showed me all the different colors the names could be printed on and helped me pick out 3 bright colors (grey towels) they they had me pick a font and printed out one of the names and showed me what i would look like on the towel. They were patient with me and let me make the size bigger/smaller to my liking. And they had it done in just a week! The price was great! (7.50 per towel...other quotes i got were 10-12 per towel). I will definitely be going back for all my future embroidery needs! As a side note...google maps takes you to a couple buildings before the actual store front....they have a large sign on the front of the building...so just keep going until you see that!
