I don't know why anybody goes anywhere else for good shirts and hats. If you've got a business or a school or just need shirts, definitely make sure you come here. All they do is tell you if your image is good enough to print. 2. They do not care nor take responsibility if the proof they send you is actually what is printed on your item. 3. They do not do refunds for their mistakes because they don't know what the printer is going to print until after it prints. 4. Their response to my review is not true--when I spoke with Barbara in-person prior to printing, all she told me was that the original image I sent was low DPI and to send her a new one and provide her with the font name so she can re-type as needed, otherwise, the image and text will print blurry. That's it. I was not informed of any potential issues with the printer not printing exactly to the proof nor that there would be parts of my image missing entirely. Save your money and go elsewhere to a business that actually cares about their quality of work and customer satisfaction.
